Errona sneaks into the cave and thinks "What is taking that distraction so long... we don't have time." She carefully moves to within 60 feet of one of the harpies. She takes aim with her bow and releases an arrow.

Errona then uses her movement to move 15 feet on the ice and then takes her bonus action for cunning action (You can take a bonus action on each of your turns to take the Dash, Disengage, or Hide action) to dash another 15 feet on the ice towards the entrance. (30 feet total)

Due to the harpy being unaware, Errona was able to send an arrow directly into a location to inflict maximum damage in an attempt to assassinate it. (You have advantage on attack rolls against any creature that hasn’t taken a turn in the combat yet, and any hit you score against a creature that is surprised is a critical hit.)

Errona moves off of the cave walls into the open and fires into one of the harpies! "AAAAIIIIIEEYEYYY" it shouts in a birdlike cry. The two creatures begin to fly after Errona after spotting her figure moving towards the exit.
One of the harpies has taken 19 damage from a surprise attack.
The injured harpie takes 6 more damage, for a total of 25 damage. Errona makes it out of the cave, followed directly by the harpies. The creatures are met with a full party ready to attack.
Roc looks down his readied arrow takes a deep breath and prepares to release an arrow towards the first Harpy that comes into his vision. Roc will be max range up to 500 feet away from the Cave at this time.

Roc readies another sharpshooter arrow and sends it flying toward the Harpy he last hit if still alive. If not, the next closest Harpy.

Roc, from his position at the docks, lets out an expertly readied arrow upon seeing the harpies exit the cave. This kills the injured one. (20 damage for a total of 45 damage)
He fires another at the remaining harpy for 20 damage. Scytheon looks on curiously from just outside the Wet Trout, wondering what is happening.
Lumen fires sacred flames at enemy but it resists both.
a23 swings his ax but misses!
The single harpy claws at Errona, before swinging at her with a club!
Erron will pick up her dropped bow and turn back to the party and say "While you guys wait for Roc, I will head on ahead and try to get into position to ambush the Sea Hag. Hopefully we are not too late..." Errona will try to stealth into the cave as quickly as possible and get to a position to attack the sea hag.

Errona stealthily makes her way through the cave once more, but on her second attempt to climb down the frozen waterfall, she learns that the ice is extremely thin. It cracks, causing her to lose her footing - only to be grappled by a water weird!!!

While undamaged, Errona is grappled and must succeed a DC13 to escape. The watery tentacle wraps and slithers around her body.
The waterfall is 60 ft away from the cave entrance (difficult terrain).

Errona tries to weasel out of the grip of the water weird.

As much as Errona wants to save the sailors, she knows she has other contracts that she can't risk failing... She kicks out of the water weird's grip and begins running straight back towards the entrance yelling at the group to alert them of the danger.
She will use her movement for 15 feet. She will use her action to dash for 15 feet. She will use her bonus action, to use cunning action, to dash for 15 feet.
As he waits for Roc with a23, Lumen believes he hears the sound of cracking ice from an echo within the cave. This is followed by dashing footsteps.
Errona successfully flips out of the water weird's grasp and starts to run towards her allies. Looking behind her shoulder, she notices that it does not move from its location lodged in the waterfall.
Errona tells a23 and Lumen "Change of plans. Waterfall has water tentacle things trying to grip me... We can go around but it may take too much time... Should we fight the monster or head around the frozen river to approach from the other side?"
Errona will wait for the group's answer.

The harpy takes 29 damage this round for a total of 49 damage. It immediately falls from the sky to its death.
Combat has ended. Experience will be calculated at the conclusion of the current quest.
