Letting the stealthier members get into place first, Duncan moves as quietly as he can towards the dragon and then off to the left, getting to I4 before he hits the difficult terrain.

When everyone is ready, Azzure moves to the eastward entrance to the room and casts greater invisibility on himself. He moves to C9 to look into and enter the room. He then uses Steps of Night to be able to fly in the dim light and moves along the edge of the cavern east-north-eastward to about 110 feet from Glazhael, at approximately R19. He will hover about 20 feet off the ground. Once battle begins and the first shots are made, he will plan to fly north-north-west to the wall of the room, remaining invisible. He is going to plan to shoot and move while invisible.
Duncan is aiming for N6 eventually (just to the west of the sleeping dragon), though being 15 feet away at the start of the surprise round should work also.
(Let me know if Duncan needs to roll stealth again)
Finding it much further than you thought. You make it to the mouth of the passageway though Azzure is now invisible he some how finds a patch of snow and foot falls to crunch! Glazhael raises her immense head in draconic without looking. She says a slightly feminine deep hissing voice resonates above the wind.
"I smell you Rats! You're late in bringing Tiamat's tribute. Empty the bags and be quick about it! Or I'll have frozen dinner tonight!"
Hoping that the Dragon has not spotted them all individually yet, Gryrig uses his movement and cunning action (dash) to move to H9 on the map. He then uses his action to ready an attack with his Psychic blades - which he will loose as soon as our ruse/deception is discovered and the inevitable fight starts.
As stated previously, Kat simply moves to put distance between herself and the others, counting on her invisibility, and keeping more than 60 feet from the dragon, to keep her hidden. She has her bow ready for whenever combat begins.

OOC. Just for clarity: If the grid is 10ft ... just how big is this dragon? Adult dragon would be "Huge" - i.e. 15x15ft. On the map, Glazhael is shown as 3 squares, so 30x30ft ... which is 2 steps above standard Gargantuan (20x20). We're not charging into a fight with some super-dragon monstrosity that would dwarf a Tarrasque? Or are we?
Making to K5, Duncan lets the bag spill some of its treasure as he goes (looks right to me for positioning). Duncan intends to keep moving to the north through the difficult terrain unless the dragon reacts, ending up at N5 at the start of the “surprise” round.

Kat's initiative is a 13.
Azzure uses his vigilant blessing to prepare for battle.

I had assumed a 5ft grid. In that case, Gryrig will have to move closer to be in range. To around H9

Duncan:
Pulling out one of the tribute bags as he walks, Duncan lets the coins in it chink as he moves directly north and into the treasure pile.
(Move plus dash, should get him with the difficult terrain to K5 or thereabouts).
