I thought I replied already, that ability only effects fay and fiends, the Marilith is neither.
(Got it. Thought undead was there too, but I mistakenly was thinking of something else.)

With Jecob already in melee range of the Marilith, he will do his best to keep the creature from going after the party members smashing the crystals.
(Rolled to-hit in the Game Log, will do damage rolls in forum.)
The first swing with the magic censer is a 28 (critical), and Jecob adds a Divine Smite with a 2nd level spell slot. It does 13 magic bludgeoning + 33 radiant damage. If the marlith is undead or fiend, an additional 7 radiant from the Smite.
The second swing is a 20 to-hit, does 12 magic bludgeoning + 5 radiant damage.

Seeing the insanity unfolding, Freb the cloud golem shakes the overgrown halfling he's been carrying around the undead leviathan all day, rousing him from his stupor.
"Wha- wait... woah... What??" the stunned warlock babbles as he rapidly goes through several phases of confusion and tries to catch up on the events unfolding around him. He stutters and fumbles a few words as he attempts to summon his spectral tentacle. It tears its way into this reality with a heavy THUMP as it crashes down on the cabinet of crystals (specifically a crystal that glows green like the leviathan, if one needs to be specified and if there's one to be seen).
The moment the tentacle touches the tile of the titanic tenement, Mist lets out a choked gurgle. His back arches, head whipping back, as his eyes turn jet black. As if by another's bidding, his arms fling wide, dark eyes peering straight up. Mouth agape and unmoving, a harsh, guttural voice booms out in a language none in the party understand but Jecob (Primordial).
Both of Mist's hands swing forward, palms facing the cabinet where a ball of blackness forms. It rapidly grows larger and larger, quickly enveloping the cupboard of crystals. Faint whispers and odd sounds emanate from the darkness as a freezing wind whips about. The sphere continues to grow until it seems to swallow half the room!
Bonus action: Tentacle of the Deeps (just north of Kalvikodas) - Attack: 24 Damage: 3 cold Action: Hunger of Hadar (aiming for the far SE wall so it covers the cabinet, Kalvikodas, the Archimandrite, & the marilith, if possible) - 20ft radius sphere of blackness (anyone completely within it is blinded), difficult terrain, any creature starting there takes 9 cold damage, & any creature ending its turn there must succeed on a DC 16 DEX save or take 2 acid damage as more otherworldly tentacles rub against them.

Kraven moves up to the goat door and checks to see if it is locked or trapped and if neither will open it to see what is inside, If it is locked/trapped he will attempt to disarm before opening.
the room the Archimandrite ran into you see nothing but it is small, and there is a nother door leading to another room, and water is slowly starting to come in from that way.
Kraven the door is not locked and not trapped, it is very heavy, it will take a lot of strength to open.
If Kraven is visibly struggling with the door or asks for a (quick) hand, Jecob will assist in the opening. (Preferably a Help action, otherwise Athletics +8 which can be rolled by the DM.)

Seeing the thickness of the door from his inspection Kraven steps back from it planting his feet and with the help of Jecob will attempt to open the door.
Str Check: 18
After a few seconds of him just standing there with his hands on the handle, he drops his feathered arms, "No way I open this, anyone else want try?"
As the others struggle with the mechanics of an unlocked door 😉, the mass of inky blackness disburses. Mist's blackened eyes swirl back to their usual sparkling green and he slumps in Freb's moist embrace. He shakes his head to clear it but his eyes struggle to focus.
The door opens up the room is filled with rows of alcoves set into its walls, each one set with a small bone drawer. The hundreds of drawers here contain spell components of all conceivable types. Each drawer labeled with a tiny tag written in immaculate handwriting. The drawers are not locked and can easily be opened. When any drawer is pulled out, all of the other drawers follow suit. All the components are enchanted to magically fly out and swirl around the room in a tempest of spell components.
You can attempt to find the ingredients to a specific spell for which you know the components amid the chaos of the room. Doing so requires a DC 12 Wisdom (Perception) check to grab the desired component from the fluttering chaos.
((Mist doesn't know any spells that require components that his focus can't take the place of so I don't know that this room would really grab his attention. Especially since he's pretty out of it at the moment.))
A POP is heard as Tukmas the imp appears and tries to remove the fragment (or the circlet as a whole) from the marilith.

The Marilith reals in pain as she starts to fall from Jecob's first mace attack, then the second send her down and out
Kalvikodas starts to ready himself for battle when Mist comes too.
The crystal cracks and then bursts open.
Kalvikodas yells and then screams "Ohh no I will get you one day but first." and with a snap of the fingers he is gone.
The entire Leviathan begins to shudder and break apart. The south wall has 3 doors, the middle one flings open, and the Archimandrite runs through it.
Of the other 2 doors:
A massive brass door, carved with the grinning skull of Kalvikodas
the other
This closed clay door bears an elongated carving of a goat’s skull etched with alien runes along its horns.
(due to us playing PbP I will tell you that you have time to check 1 of the two rooms before leaving or you may just leave.
