So since it seems we we are going ahead with it, Eldon, as previously planned, spreads freezes water over as much ground as possible between the party and the enemies (Using Shape Water), leaving a path for Ramon to go into melee.
At the same time as everyone else attacks, Eldon uses his last spell slot to cast Ice Knife on the Bugbear (trying to get the Dire Wolf with AOE).

Sorry guys been busy with work, was a long crazy day.
Athletics to climb up: 22

Sol will follow the groups plan to unload from range on the Bugbear and cast Eldritch Blast at the Bugbear.
Attack: Attack: 18 Damage: 10
(If we get advantage for attacking with surprise?): 18
Bonus dmg if that crit applies from advantage:1
As the attacks are unleashed upon the Bugbear from a distance the crystal in Sol's hand glows brightly as a bolt of energy comes jolting out of his hand holding the crystal and flies toward the Bugbear.

Surprise Round
Eldon spends a minute casting Shape Water across an area in front of the group.
Then, sneaking slowly Ramón moves into position behind the goblins. He then give the signal and the attack commences.
Ramón's first attack cuts off the head of Goblin 1 and the second axe strike cust off the head of Goblin 2. The only sound made are the two rapid thuds of their heads hitting the ground followed by their bodies slumping forward.
On that cue Sol unleashes his Eldritch Blast across the room slamming into the Bugbear for 12 damage.
Simultaneously Eldon sends his ice knife at the bugbear missing but exploding just behind.
Bugbear Dex save (must beat a 13) 21 Fail. Bug bear takes 12 Damage. Dire Wolf Dex Save (must beat a 13) 10 Save. No Damage.
While they're dodging, Grol releases his javalin which strikes the bugbear in the shoulder for 7 damage.
Once Malakadin takes his surprise round we'll commence with the normal round.
Sol continues the assault not even letting the crystal in his hand stop glowing before another Eldritch Blast shoots out of his hand flying towards the Bugbear.
Attack: 8 Damage: 9
Sol utters in response to Klarg's screaming "Your assigned agents of Myrkul come to take you to meet Kelemvor in the afterlife! This was fate for terrorizing the people of this land. Prepare to be judged."
Malakadin makes his way around the ice, drawing his longsword as he moves into flank Ripper. "Bad Puppy!" he says as he swings his blade down on the Wolf.
Looks like it is just Klarg then Sol so putting my turn out there for expediency.
Sol frustrated that the last one didn't hit focuses' slightly more and aims carefully as he launches another Eldritch Blast at Klarg. "We need to fell this foe before he reaches us. He looks quite strong and I've heard stories about Bugbears. They are brutal beyond words and we can't have Torm's justice go unfinished!"
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Grol, seeing Klarg charge across the cave and attack Ramon and Malakadin, hefted his shield and warhammer, and dashed into the fray. He threw himself between Klarg, the Direwolf, and his friends swinging furiously at Klarg as he did.
It's just 1d20+3. The proficiency and strength modifier are the +3. Springing the surprise by the book doesn't actually give you advantage.
One person should keep in range to back me up, in case of crit. Shenanigans seem to keep ensuing. We seem to be committed to this, so let's go for it.
Init 9

Combat Map
Malakadin had readied a Javelin for the attack as well, and once the party began he heaved it strongly in the direction of the bugbear!
Attack: 18 Damage: 3
"Eldon, your mighty magics will fell this foe!" he said, granting the gnome Inspiration [d6]
Initiative because I forgot: 13
Malakadin's javelin strikes as well the bugbear now completely awake and, frankly, completely pissed off.
"AAAAAAARGH, WHO DARES ASSAULT THE MIGHTY CHIEF KLARG! PUNY ONES, KLARG WILL BUILD A THONE OUT OF YOUR BONES!"
Initiative order going forward: Sol, Grol, Dire Wolf, Malakadin, Ramón, Eldon, Klarg
Sol is up.
Sol continues the assault not even letting the crystal in his hand stop glowing before another Eldritch Blast shoots out of his hand flying towards the Bugbear.
Attack: 8 Damage: 9

The blast flies past the bugbear without effect either physical or mental.
Grol is up.
Grol heft’s yet another javelin in the direction of the bugbear.
Attack: 22 Damage: 11
Grol's javelin sails wide, harmlessly.
"RIPPER, KILL!"
The dire wolf Ripper sprints to F7 and bites at Ramón and tears at his left arm.
Attack: 6 Damage: 11
Malakadin Is up.
Note: crossing directly over ice will be a Dex DC 10 since you know it's there. Be sure to check if you can't get around Ramón.
OOC: Are we able to squeeze through the square at F3?
Yeah let’s say you can.
Malakadin makes his way around the ice, drawing his longsword as he moves into flank Ripper. "Bad Puppy!" he says as he swings his blade down on the Wolf.
Attack: 7 Damage: 10
The dire wolf jumps back out of the way of the incoming blade and the cave echos with the sound of steel striking stone.
Ramón is up.
When it's Eldon's turn after Ramon, he will throw a Fire Bolt at the Bugbear.
Attack: 16 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll.
OK something went wrong with damage roll, try again: 6
And I also forgot the bardic inspiration die bonus for attack 5
Final Attack: 21, Damage: 6
Looks like it is just Klarg then Sol so putting my turn out there for expediency.

Attack: 18 Damage: 12

Ramón slashes wildly at the dire wolf
I will use a bonus action to cast hunter's mark on the dire wolf, giving me an extra 1d6 damage bonus.
Attack 1: 27 Damage 1: 23
Attack 2: 9 Damage 2: 14
Puff - Air Genasi Fighter (1), Coliseum of Conquest (recruiting)
Ramon - Dwarf Ranger (2), Lost Mines of Phandelver
Ramón brutal in his efficiency, brings both axes down on the dire wolf's back settling squarely in the meat. (24 damage total)
Meanwhile, Eldon's Fire Bolt streaks across the room slamming into Klarg's chest. (6 Damage)
Klarg screams with anger and frustration "AAARRRRRRRRRGHH! YOU WILL ROT IN THIS CAVE FOR DECADES! KLARG WILL PICK KLARG'S TEETH WITH YOUR BONES!"
Klarg runs to G6 and swings his Morningstar first at Ramón and then at Malakadin.
Ramón Attack: 21 Damage: 7
Malakadin Attack: 17 Damage: 15
By my math both Ramón and Malakadin have 2 HP.
Just then Sol's Eldritch Blast strikes Klarg in the back. (12 Damage) The smell of charred fur fills the cave.
Grol is up.
Combat Map
