5. Backstory: The son of human Lord and elven noble woman. Raised initially with the elves where his innate abilities began to take form. Due to his mixed heritage and position he was trained to be a diplomat with the goal to help strengthen the bond of the races in the region as much as possible. None knows why these powers manifested, but the understanding of the draconic tongue and the scales point in one direction. The how and why have yet to be revealed.
