Eldin silently moves across the road, flips through the first floor window, and rolls into the shadows. He skulls around the room, over the banister and up to the edge of the doorway without being spotted. (I'm putting you at M-10 to remain hidden.)
Frankie gives chase after Thistron, moving past Samira slows him down, but his confidence grants him the resolve to move quickly (gaining 5 feet of movement). He reaches Thistron and attacks twice.
Attack: hits AC 14 for 5 piercing
Bonus (Dual-wielder): hits AC 23 for 4 piercing
(Josias is up, Frankie's aparently using Your dice...)
(Many features apply when you are 'flanking'. You can Sneak Attack without advantage, get extra attacks with sentinel, etc. But there's no specific bonus for it.)
Josias moves in to strike at Frankie but isn't able to connect.
Neil sees Josias pass and Reacts to release his Poison Spray for 3 damage. (Con save DC:13 negates.)
Samira casts Healing Word to heal herself (Bonus) then she moves toward the back of the building (I-5) firing a bolt at Josias through the window (from G-4) on her way.
Attack: targeting Josias hits AC 9 for 5 piercing.
Bonus: heals 4
(Thistron is up, need a Con save from Thistron and Josias. No flanking bonus unless you have a feature that grants it)
A man that looks elven to humans and human to elves travels into town leading an ox driven cart carrying a human couple and a myriad of trade goods. He wears dusty chainmail armor and has a dented shield strapped to his left arm. As he turns toward the couple, he rests his gloved right hand on the head of his axe which hangs in a loop on his belt.
"My job's done. If ya need a guide fer the journey back, come find me," he says while he watches the crowd milling about the arena. "Thinkin' I'll be ova there."
He grabs his pack off of the cart and shakes hands with the two. When his hand clasps the man's hand, he says, "May the Helping Hand guide you." The symbol on the back his glove glows briefly as he casts guidance.
He quickly heads to the arena, forgetting that the couple owes him for his guidance into town.
He watches the fight taking place and says quietly to himself, or maybe he's speaking to the wind, "This could be our chance." More loudly he say, "Where do I sign up?"

Thistron leaps around Josias and Frankie, dives out the open window, and catches up to Samira at I6. "Going somewhere, little bard? I'm not finished with you." He then attacks her with his rapier.

In a rush of adrenaline, he attacks again using Action Rush.

Frankie takes an Opportunity Attack as you move away

Neil sees Thistron charging after Samira and throws a Magic Missile after him as he moves after him, or at least to a better position, taking cover around the big tree. (G-9)
Damage: 11 force.
Thistron blocks the spear with his shield, but his armor will not deter Neil's attack
(Roll stealth again please. Also note I had moved N on the map and mis-represented his position. Sorry about that.)
