Tenrok strikes at Rothander but even the heavy dwarf is too quick for that strike.

Lasser start his Bladesong as bonus action , then he move to J-11 and cast magic missile Lv2 to Keygella if he is in his sight line (( Damage 14 , if not Lasser cast Blur  on himself.

(Lasser, you won't be able to reach J-11 without dashing. You already stated you wished to cast Blur during prep (in PM) so you are already under that effect. (You can cast more than one spell in prep.) You can target Keygella from B-10 with 20 feet of movement.)

Village: (Round 1)

Lasser blasts Keygella with Magic Missile matching the damage from Ob's sword. (Assuming B-10 is good.)

Robert moves up to get sight of Keygella. He focuses his ire designating her as his prey, but seeing the menacing black ball across the road he attempts to control the battlefield instead. He casts Fog Cloud just outside the door where his opponents prepare. (Just in case crow couldn't see in the darkness maybe this will help.)

Matt flaps up and lands on an old tree stump.

(Without Blindsight anyone in the fog is denied advantage and disadvantage, and spells and abilities that rely on sight will fail.)

Labyrinth: 

Rothander Strikes twice against Liam and Tenrok. His second blow rings against the Giant's armor, but the first wounds Liam.

Nykkan attempts to hide as he presses through the hedges but his foot gets caught up making a loud ruckus. Though your location is known, your opponents aren't the sort to pick out stealthy foes. Aided by the darkness you are able to remain unseen.
