You carefully cross the bone floor and approach what looks like a shrine. Rough-hewn stairs lead down to a torchlit cave and a bizarre sight: wide-eyed children stand behind wooden bars and stare at you in terrified silence. The cave holds six wooden cages, their lids held shut with heavy rocks. Two of the cages are empty, and each of the others hold a pair of frightened children.
A crude wooden statue stands between the cages. It bears the rough likeness of a wolf-headed woman draped in garlands of vines and night flowers. Piled around the statue's base is an incredible amount of treasure, among them, the Tome Of Strahd.
A woman in shredded clothes kneels before the statue. Behind the statue, two maggot-ridden corpses hang from iron shackles bolted to the wall.
(When they spot the bodies, as mentioned above, Raven will place Dragon's Breath on the furthest zombie to one side, then fly to the furthest opposite and plant another Dragon's Breath. Once all or as maby as possible are standing in a 15' cone by the entrance, let loose and the other 3 will try to prone the nearest.)

(Read a bit closer and my plan won't be as spectacular as I thought. Dragon's Breath is hampered by a pesky mechanic called "Concentration". When I use it, the Fog Cloud will dissipate. For the sake of Action economy, Grishkar will use his Minor to command his minions and Action to cast Color Spray, the zombies will all use Move to stand, then Attack to shove whoever they can. The enchanted zombie will barf on everyone.)

After Grishkar attacks, Briella will cast Guiding Bolt on the feral human when he is in range)and then send all the animals to attack him at once.(OOC:If they can reach.)
(I want to wait and see if this is a surprise round before I roll.)
Martha leaps onto Kiril and makes an all too familiar Grapple, Shove, Pin attack! Grapple: 27, Shove: 19, and now if he hasn’t beaten that 19, he’s now in quite the uncomfortable position! “Hello! My name’s Martha. Are you the leader of this pack? Oh! If I beat you, can I be the pack leader!? I’m gonna beat you regardless, by the way.”
OOC: Btw Rage gives me advantage on strength checks, which I why I rolled my grapple and shove with advantage.
OOC: Plague bomb?

Stealth (at disadvantage) for the bone room: 20
If she hears anyone coming (there has been a lot of commotion, and there may be more), she will try to hide and hope they pass.
Perception (in case you need it): 25
ey/em/eirs, or they/them works, too (just not he).

Bors looks for a hiding spot near the cave mouth, opposite Martha. Stealth (disadvantage due to heavy armor) 1
At 90' Bors will transfer hex to the nearest of the approaching group and impose disadvantage on wisdom checks.
Initiative (when necessary) 8
OOC: So that’s the bush across from Martha, rather than next to her, right?

OOC: That was the idea but with that stealth roll who knows :) might be standing in the cave mouth.
(Well if that's where you stand with that roll, then stand behind my zombies! Don't want you getting hit with 6d6 poison even if you get 2 DEX saves)

They are in range. A few werewolves up front see the scene at the front of the cave. Kiril holds up his hand. They stop for a moment.
Now would be a good time to attack. You have surprise. Everyone is in range of any attack you wish to make.
