Actually, point of clarification: anyone aiming at the restrained spies caught in the web should be rolling attacks at advantage, right? (And their attacks are at disadvantage...)
Here are my second rolls for each eldritch blast beam assuming this is the case:
9 11
(So that first attack from Polly would not be a natural one, and, I assume, it would not hit Caya.)

I believe we are on the next round of combat so on Caya's turn she will try to rip her sword from the crossbow. (Is that a strength check? If so 8 She will use her bardic inspiration die from tuner to help her free her sword as well.Plus 3 to the check)
(If she can free her sword and make one of her two alotted attacks let me know.)

The sword comes loose from the crossbow, but you cannot take another action this round.
Mason will target whichever spy is closest with chill touch 120 ft reange: Attack: 20 Damage: 6 necrotic damage
On a hit the target cannot regain hit points until the start of Mason's next turn.
(that would be spy 1.) A grim hand rises from beneath the surface under Spy 1, where he gets crushed by it, then just lay there on the ground when the hand disappears, motionless, lifeless.
Spy 1 (before its death) Takes one last shot at Mason before it gets crushed inside of the hand.
Attack: 19 Damage: 7
The arrow almost hits Mason in the arm, but fortunately, it only leaves a scrape on his armor, and continues flying off into the field.
(Did Spy 2 seem affected by the Wails from the Grave affect? Or was he already down from Polly's spell in round 1?)
He was affected by all of the damage from the attack, but the sneak attack damage was reduced. (House rule that attacking while in stealth will have reductions/disadvantage.)

Not sure what round we're on, but if we're on Round 2, here's Polly's action:
Wary of getting entangled, Polly fires off another two eldritch blasts at whichever spy seems most hostile, trying to leave one alive.
Attack: 16 Damage: 10 plus 1 necrotic from hex Attack: 26 Damage: 7 plus 4 necrotic from hex
If she downs a spy, she will make a fist and raise it as an Accursed Specter:
Accursed Specter
Starting at 6th level, you can curse the soul of a person you slay, temporarily binding it to your service. When you slay a humanoid, you can cause its spirit to rise from its corpse as a specter, the statistics for which are in the Monster Manual. When the specter appears, it gains temporary hit points equal to half your warlock level. Roll initiative for the specter, which has its own turns. It obeys your verbal commands, and it gains a special bonus to its attack rolls equal to your Charisma modifier (minimum of +0).
The specter remains in your service until the end of your next long rest, at which point it vanishes to the afterlife.
Once you bind a specter with this feature, you can’t use the feature again until you finish a long rest.

(Can specters answer questions?)
The attack on Spy 2 does critical damage, it falls to the ground from such a damaging blast.(roll for critical hit.) The third spy was hurt quite some bit from the blast, and took fatal damage from its hex. Out from its corpse rises a purple-pink spirit with hair like fire and a face like a skeleton.
From her distance, Caya can tell Spy 2 is very afraid of the specter right next to him. After a few seconds, he shouts out "Wait! I give in! I give in! Please, just make this thing go away." He then makes fearful sobbing sounds. It appears he has a strong fear of specters.
The second and third spies, unable to move, fire a duo of arrows, the second fires at Tuner, the third at Brightmoon.
Spy 2: 10 Damage: 8
Spy 3: 20 Damage: 6
Crit. Damage: 5/2= +2 damage

It doesn't, but its still a miss.
(Just as clarification, not to attack your dm style or houserules or anything. According to https://www.dndbeyond.com/sources/basic-rules/appendix-a-conditions#Restrained all attack roles when restrained have disadvantage.
Also I was wondering what crit rules you are using, I'm not familiar with the: half normal damage rule)
(Just realized. Honestly, I am not good at running combat encounters.)
(My house rules are Nat. 20s for attack are crits, nat. 1s cause you to hit someone other than your target (usually allies)

All spies are still up and healthy? And have either of the restrained ones come free? And is anything else happening?
(Just to clarify this was my second round attack, sorry if I posted too early)
Make a perception check, No, and nothing else is going on.
(OOC: Not sure where we are in the order, Mason goes after Spy 1 then Halfast at the top of the order)
Lot's of stuff ...
(I think we are back at the top since the two spies took shots and we all had a turn)
Mason will target whichever spy is closest with chill touch 120 ft range: Attack: 20 Damage: 6 necrotic damage
On a hit the target cannot regain hit points until the start of Mason's next turn.

(Spy 3) This time, you were able to hit the spy, and the arrow appears to have done a significant amount of damage to that spy.
