(Ravenath goes back and loots the bodies of the dead Goblins. Krag had the standard Goblin setup ((From now on known as SGS) of a rusty shortsword, a poor quality shortbow, and ratty leather armor. He also had a dirty Goblin magazine and what appears to be a stinkbomb. The dead, serious Goblin had 4 silvers and the SGS and 4 silver pieces. Ravenath shows his compatriots his spoils and hands the stinkbomb to Lucius.)
"I figure a rogue might find this handy."
(Now the party is at the entrance, and they all look down the dark stairs and walk down in the following order.
Roscoe
Harmony
Ravenath
Lucius
Lucius and Harmony have Darkvision, so they can see without additional light, but Ravenath takes a torch and lights it so he and Roscoe can see. Even though Roscoe is going ahead, he doesn't see much, but Harmony and Lucius look ahead and see this:
(The goblins you all can see don't seem to have noticed you all yet. There are a couple of torches in here lighting up the room. 3 goblins are hanging around what looks to be a brazier and 2 more seem to be talking along the north wall. The goblins to the north are about 80 feet from the end of the tunnel, and the ones near the brazier are about 100 feet away. They don't seem to have noticed anything.)
DM's note: My bad for not reminding you guys, looting the bodies of your enemies is a time honored D&D tradition. :) Ravenath seems to be gone, so I guess I'll be using his character for a bit and figure out what to do with him later.
((It's cool. I normally don't bother looting minion-level monsters for pocket change unless there is a good reason. My characters tend to keep their eyes on the bigger "boss monster" sized prize.))
"Well there's three ahead and two to the left." Harmony whispers to the group. "And I still don't see the girl. How do you want to do this?"

"Let's try throwing the stink bomb at the 3 goblins and see what happens. If we fight, then lets back up into the tunnel, so I can fight them one by one while you help me from the back."
(Not really in Roscoe's character to loot so I didn't even think about it :( )
(Lucius throws the stinkbomb towards the 3 goblins near the brazier, but it falls woefully short and ends up falling pretty much in the middle of everyone where it's mildly affecting everyone but not fully affecting any one group.)
Spoiler if you know Goblin:
Dammit, Krag! We told you to stop messing around with your silly stin... aaaaah! Intruders!
(There is a huge commotion as all the goblins look around and see the party at the entrance. They start yelling and prepare their weapons.)
Everyone roll Initiative.
DM's note: Just so everyone knows, the stink bomb is affecting the area in the middle. If any of you all or the Goblins enter that area, you will have Disadvantage on the attack roll.
(Lucius rushes forward with his Shortbow, trying to hit one of the Goblins on the North Wall. Somehow, Lucius manages to stay right out of the range of the stink bomb cloud, and the arrow hits the unlucky Goblin right in the shoulder.
Ravenath comes to the front and yells out, "Stay behind me for now!" He takes his Handaxe and sends it twirling at the injured Goblin.)
Attack: 6 Damage: 9
(The Handaxe whizzes by the Goblins' head, missing by about a foot.)
Seeing her allies rush to battle, Harmony hangs back, whispering a quick prayer to guide and empower them. "Great Pelor, whose light shines over all that is good, grant my friends your wisdom and strength as they fight in this dark place to rescue Daisy, the light of her father's life." A halo of light, as if they were back-lit by too bright a sun from the tunnel's entrance briefly flashes over the assembled adventurers before fading.
Harmony casts Bless on Lucius, Roscoe, and Ravenath.
((Boys, from here on out you get 1d4 added to your attack rolls and saving throws that you have to roll when you do those things. Continue doing so until stiffkick tells you to stop. The spell lasts 10 minutes and there's a chance it will still be in effect all the way to the boss fight.))

Add to attack 2: 3
(As Roscoe rushes to the North Wall Goblins to attack them, he feels the power of Harmony's Bless Spell thru him, which guides his fist to ensure his attacks are successful. He goes for the unhurt Goblin and manages to punch him twice so hard that the second fist smashes thru his little Goblin skull and spills out his brains all over the wall.)
Lucius, you're up.
Remember to add a d4 to your attack rolls, all. :)

*I survey the situation. *
"Hmm. Another ambush? It'd be easier if we were able to draw them outside."
"I wonder if we can get them to start a fight." Harmony says conspiratorially. "I mean, we do have one of their stink bombs...."
