Meepo stares wide-eyed at 13's cavalier approach to exploration. The door does not move, but a large scythe swings down from the ceiling to attack the warforged.
Eerie glancing over at the fountain and whispering urgently to the others, "Quickly, if you want any, its draining away." She will fill what she can in her waterskin and a small container from her Herbalism kit to save as a sample if possible. Taking her share last if any of the larger party members show interest. (if noone else expresses interest and the last bit will be wasted she may even gulp some down to test the effect herself rather than let it go to waste.)
She returns to the door, "Rebuke the dead, open the way...maybe its a hint? But we defeated the skeletons."
“Is there more to explore that might give us a clue to opening this door? I managed to drink one portion of the potion so it’s effective now on me, if anyone would like to take this waterskin you can use the potion when you need it.”

Foxford does not take any of the liquid, instead allowing others to partake, instead he joins those at the closed door. When the inscription is read allowed Foxford thinks to do the obvious, "Door..." he says addressing the door as if it were a person, "...I rebuke the dead!" he says the words with fervor and is obviously very sincere.
The opening for the scythe trap looks obvious now, although in fairness would be hard to spot unless looked at directly. You inspect the opening and its workings to determine that the blade can probably be wedged in place using force (Strength) or craft (Dexterity), but you gain no clue as to how to actually open the door.
@Everyone: As Foxford bellows the words towards the ice-cold door, nothing appears to happen.
Eerie ponders the door, "Maybe we have to kill more of those things. Carric, what did you say was over this way?" She asks gesturing further into the room.
(She drank some of the liquid if it was going to drain off and also has a dose in her waterskin if noone else took any. )
Eerie looks in the direction of the others but not directly AT anyone in case her breath does the same thing as Notian's. "I'm not sure it works the same for me. Its a little hot, but nothing else. Maybe you have to be part dragon?" She gives a little exhale towards the wall in an attempt to produce the same result.
In response to Eerie's question, Carric says "I heard something scratching behind several doors up ahead there. I wonder if it is more skeletons--or something else? Rat tracks, too, so it might just be rats I heard. There's also a trapdoor in the floor ahead, propped open, but I did not yet look down it. And there is a rotten stench up ahead as well...perhaps more dead things, or things that should be dead."
"Let us have a look at the door where the scratching came from. Makes sense to search each doorway at a time. Perhaps the other will reveal itself in time as Eerie said."

The fountain is no longer producing any of the red liquid; what remains in the basin appears to be slowly draining away (enough for three water skins)

Upon hearing about the properties of the liquid, Carric attempts to scoop some up for himself.
After that, he goes over to the cold, still-closed door. He spends a moment checking it for any additional traps, inspects the lock, etc.
