(hi all- rolling initiative, then editing to post my move right after - hope ok. Like that natural 20 there Barbar-Ian even if the dice roller did something funny)
Initiative - 10
The gnome seems to pluck a bit of fluff (sheep's fleece) out of her hair and with an odd sort of crackly vocal sound casts minor illusion creating a sound behind the creatures of a roaring fire - as loud as she's able ..think forest fire/bonfire (centered so not entirely 'behind' but to the limit of the spells reach of 30'). She follows this by scooping up a handful of pebbles from the ground and appears to be preparing to throw them - magic stone - as a bonus action. All the time trying to maintain the distance that she has from them with her movement speed.

13 paces purposefully towards the creatures for the full 30ft of movement. He assesses the threat carefully but quickly.
Stabbing his great sword into the ground he draws a javelin from his pack, and in one fluid motion draws back the weapon over his shoulder so that the tip is inches from his eye. He targets the closest twiglike creature, which is not obscured by the gnome. He takes his final stride forward and releases the javelin at full force for an attack roll of 10 and damage of 8

OK some good moves there. I regret rolling such high initiative for the baddies, although at least I didn’t do the same as Notian and roll ten d20…
18/15 – 13
18/13 – Guardian
17 – Enemy1
17 – Enemy2
15 – Enemy3
7/13 – Enemy4
7/10 – Notian
3 – Gnome
2 –Illburnya
13 misses with his javelin, but gains Inspirationfor such a great description of his turn(can be used from your next turn).
Guardianstrides purposefully towardsthe gnome and tries to assess her physical condition; it is hard to tell at this range. His javelin flies wide of the target and sticks in the ground 10ft beyond.
Enemies1-3 skitter towards the gnome, every step sounding like twigs snapping underfoot. About halfway towards her they seem to notice Guardianfor the first time; E1 & E3 continue on their path towards this new threat.
E2reaches the gnomeand scratches at her with its claws:Attack: 12 Damage: 2 piercing
Notian’scruel but catchy interlude zings across the battlefield, bagpipe blasts punctuating the words in time with his advance. E2rolls 8 on its Wisdom save against the DC of 13 and takes 1 psychic damage on a fail, as well as having disadvantage on its next attack.
E4also seems to see Guardianonce the paladin is within about 60ft, and scampers through the grass towards him.
The gnome casts her illusion and the stick creatures suddenly look startled, as if they are particularly fearful of fire. In the same motion she scoops up some stones and imbues them with magic; a soft blue glow emanates from three of the larger stones.
(I haven’t processed movement for the gnomeas this would draw an attack of opportunity – let me know if you would still like to take the chance)
Illburnyautters an arcane incantation and hurls a mote of fire at the southernmost twig creature (E4) but is slightly off his aim and it flies past harmlessly. The creature still flinches at the sight of flames, however.
(Map to follow; please feel free to start submitting your next turns. I can still take adjustments for misunderstandings, ie movement that hasn't been taken etc)

13 curses his makers' name under his breath and yanks his greatsword from the ground near his feet.
In frustration against his previous poor attack he enters a RAGE, and sets off at full charge towards E2. As he reaches the space south of the gnome, he swings his greatsword in an arc over his head and brings it down at an angle between the twig creatures' (E2) neck and shoulder in an attempt to cleave it in two. As he does so he shouts at the gnome, "shield your eyes!"
Attack: 9 Damage: 11
(Would we have advantage on attack rolls if the twig creatures are distracted by the illusion behind? If so I can roll again if the first doesn't hit. If we do not get advantage or my attack roll fails, then I may use inspiration to roll again.)
Guardian strides forward to be directly left of E4. Spurred on by Notion’s bardic genius he lifts his great sword above his head with the strength of the divine celestial agent and rolls for attack (19+5+6).
Surely 30 must constitute a critical he thinks to himself!
(Yes, attacks on E1-E3 have advantage this turn due to their distraction by the 'flames' behind them. 12 is not a hit so roll again, to hit only, will use your original damage roll if successful)
(Edit: 13 used the wrong attack modifier and actually rolled 15 to hit, which is a hit)
I'm going to get within 30ft on any that are still alive, and start mumbling under my breath very , very quietly in a odd hard to understand creepy british accent.
"I was wondering what would break first — your spirit…or your body."
13the warforged barbarian cleaves his greatsword down and through the stick creature that had just wounded the gnome, splintering it into kindling; it lies inert and shows no signs of life.
The southernmost enemy meets the same fate at the hands of Guardian, scattered to the wind as a hundred separate twigs.
Enemy 1 moves to attack 13and claws at his hardened skin: Attack: 11 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll.
Enemy 3 waddles up to Guardianon its little legs and scratches at him: Attack: 4 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll.
Notiangets with 30ft of both the remaining creatures and utters a hellish curse: they score 9 and 8 on their Charisma saves, needing a 13 to succeed (first result is E1, second is E3). Any who fail the saving throw will suffer -d4 to all attacks and saves as long as Notianis Concentrating.
It is the gnome’sturn, rolling initiative order is:
(Hmmm seemed to have a moment with the dice roller there, but neither attack was high enough to cause damage so not a problem for now. E1 passes his save against Notian's Bane and E3 fails. Gnome is up next - Illburnya, I will reassign your attack to the next logical opponent unless you want to change your action).
Clarification on the gnomes movement back, she will remain facing and back up as she’s doing things, if it appears this will open her to opportunity attacks, she will not do so. She quickly shields her eyes in response to 13s command and shoves 4 goodberries into her mouth. (This requires a ruling from DM of course. She routinely uses goodberries as her main form of food as well as herbs and such, as they are food for 24 hrs I hope she would have some left over. If this won’t work, I’ll alter move.)
As soon as she is able, feels safe to unshield her eyes she will throw the magic stones at the nearest, unblocked creature. (All together if super close, otherwise one at a time up to all three if allowed.). I’ll roll however you want. If that’s too much in one round, will do so on next one
(Happy given the character's background that she will have a portion of goodberries to hand. Moving would indeed draw an attack, so she stays stationary).
5 re roll
8 for initiative
Illburnya casts fire bolt at the southernmost creature Attack: 19 Damage: 5

Guardian throws a javelin at the southern most enemy and rolls a 9. Then rolls an 8 for damage if a hit
(I might have to include decent dice in the early loot drops)

Seeing Both of these failed attacks, Notian feels its time for another song and casts Bardic inspiration as a bonus action on Guardian (1d6)
"Cause the stickmen gonna die, die, die, die, die
And the Guardians gonna kill, kill, kill, kill, kill
Guardians gonna shake, shake, shake, shake, shake
He's gonna shake it off, Shake it off."
(Happy to accept that as your bonus action for the turn just gone, so Guardian can add 1d6 to any ONE attack, saving or skill roll for the next 10mins)
Map:
(Enemy 1 is the northernmost, 4 is the southernmost, etc)
Illburnya mumbles some words, idly waves his hands into a circle and casts Chromatic Orb at the southernmost twig. He then moves 15feet closer
Rolls 25 attack roll
22 fire damage chosen
