Since the new Eberron book came out I have heard a lot about getting more classes from previous editions, the psyonic are always mentioned, but witch other classes would you bring back from older editions?

As fas as I know, no; there are subclasses with psionic powers for the fighter, rouge, and wizard, but not a class per se
And the Spellthief sounds good, could be a good alternative to the classic support character that only heals; probably in 5E would be a subclass for the rouge, maybe the warlock

There is a US Mystic (new name for Psion) from a year or so back on the Unearthed Arcana articles on the dnd.wizard website.
Yes, it exists. However, it has been abandoned and will never see publication. There may some day be another psionic class for 5e, but I wouldn’t hold my breath.

Possible, but given that almost every base class has a subclass currently in UA revolving around psychic damage and psionic abilities, I would find that unlikely.
This is the most current, closest to official information There is on 5e Psionics.
Interesting. DnD:B must not have updated to this information yet, then. The Psionic sublcasses listed here on the site were present at the end of 2019, these are showing 2020. Renames the Warrior and Sorcerer ones, but does not mention the Wizard. I'd argue that the Fey Wanderer gets an honorable mention here, since it does a fair amount of Psychic damage and has several mind altering abilities.

It does mention the Wizard, it says they killed it. And the Fey Wanderer is not a “psionic subclass.”

Aren't Psionics currently UA, as the Mystic class?
Also spellthief.

That UA was literally just published yesterday, so no, it’s not up on DDB yet :p
