But how? ive tried so has my friend it never works? feat created no extra slots on sheet?
Modifier Type: Set Modifier Subtype: Attunement Slots Fixed Value: 6 <<-- This is the trick. You don't create extra slots, you set it to the maximum of 6.
So I tried making a feat and set the attunement slots value to 4 but it doesnt give me the option in the character sheet to actually do the attunement? Am I doing something wrong? Does it have to be set to 6 in order to work?
tbh I happen to know for a fact DDB had a feat called Attunement Master that allowed you to use up to 6 attunement items because I've used it in the past, but now I can't find find it which means DDB apparently found that feat OP and decided to get rid of it. Personally, I still allow that feat in my games even if DDB doesn't have it anymore.

There has never been a feat that does that in the official material, but there are hundreds of homebrew feats on the site that do that, including more than a dozen with that exact name, so you may have used one of those. They're still there.

Most likely, somebody else in the game they were in had the feat in their homebrew, so it was automatically shared in the campaign.
Also, I think there's a feat to that effect in one of the third-party books, but I don't know which one.

Just create a customized copy of your item and remove the attunement property.
That doesn't help for folks like artificers where they have abilities that depend upon items being attuned or not and bonuses for multiple attunements
I must admit i hate attument slots for green items.... I know there are work arounds but after 7 level no green item should require attument IMO
Look into my eyes.
This is so freaking useful, thank you!!
