This is seriously unbalanced, the powers are all over the place.
I know it's tempting to try and balance out a strong positive ability with a strong negative ability, but really all that winds up doing most of the time is creating a character who is useless when their weaknesses are hitting them and utterly dominates when they're not.
Take the damage resistance and vulnerabilities, for example. Resistance to necrotic damage really trumps vulnerability to radiant damage for a Player Character, since NPCs that deal radiant damage are much rarer than ones who deal necrotic damage.
The prohibition against entering a dwelling uninvited is either OP or useless, depending on whether you're allowed to be invited by anyone or just someone who lives there.
Blood Drinker is really not that great and also badly worded. As a melee character, having an ability that deals damage is much stronger than one that self-heals. Also, the way it's worded it applies to any creature regardless of type, and most undead and constructs actually have no protection against necrotic damage. So somehow you can drink the "blood" of a skeleton or iron golem. Improved Blood Drinker, OTOH, is insanely broken- getting a free 1d8 healing every time you hit anything with a melee attack? As long as you have a ready supply of victims you can fully heal yourself from every fight. Also, it's a bit weird that celestial blood provides extra healing- with their ties to radiant energy it seems like it should act more like trying to drink battery acid.
The subclasses are similarly all over the place in how useful their abilities actually are, but I don't have time to go into it now.
Overall, this is way too focused on self-healing.

Find your own truth, choose your enemies carefully, and never deal with a dragon.
"Canon" is what's factual to D&D lore. "Cannon" is what you're going to be shot with if you keep getting the word wrong.
Alright, thanks for the comments and I will try to address that:
1. I will remove the forbiddance, hopefully the vulnerability/resistance/sunlight sensitivity will balance out better?
2. I will revise the blood drinker trait -- you're right that is is a poorly inverted Divine Smite
3. Yes, the subclass powers need revision to make more sense. Will do.
4. Most classes have a "gimmick", think divine smite, metamagic, sneak attack, etc. I intended the self-healing toughness to be the thing that makes the Vampire unique.
While not as...encouraging as I had hoped, thank you 6thLyranGuard for the advice! (Also I just realized the overpowered in one case/worthless in another problem is present in ranger)
NOTE: due to time constraints, these updates will take time to be made
I like the idea. But lyran guard is right. Don't feel disheartened. I ask loads on the rune scribe thread (I posted it), which is probably annoying, but it helps get it right. Just keep on editing and proofreading. I'm sure you'll get it.

I read everything and I think it's awesome, nicely done! The only questions I have are: Is this class meant to be balanced against existing D&D classes? Is this a class that someone might get to use with other Homebrew classes of the same power level being available? This really determine the necessity of balancing. Just throw up a disclaimer, Powerful Homebrew Ahead. Maybe add a balanced version later as it occurs to you.
To answer your question, this is planned to be mostly balanced with the preexisting classes, but so far it is only a first draft. Once I clean it up and add the suggestions of 6thLyranGuard, it will hopefully be a non-game-breaking homebrew option. While the idea of having a set of above-par homebrew classes available, I intend the final version to be compatible with the preexisting classes.
this is nice but i do not have much experience so i cannot give you any advice

This Mug immediately shared with me a transcendental tale of an Infinite Mug that anchors the Universe and keeps it from folding in on itself. I filed this report under "illogical nonsense" and asked why its sign is in Times New Roman font, when it is basic knowledge that Arial Black is a far superior font. I wondered: How did this mug even get past the assembly line with its theistic beliefs and poor font choices?

I made a homebrewed class based off paladin, changed to be a vampire class.
Vampire class
If you would like to add:
I will review the suggestions, and if I like yours I will update it.
PS: If you are UA or DDB staff, where can I find a better place to put this? There isn't a homebrew tab for classes (yet), and I have noticed some people wanting it. Someone else is making a rune scribe class! https://www.dndbeyond.com/forums/d-d-beyond-general/story-lore/70241-rune-scribe-homebrew-class

Yeah, creating a new character class is a big effort and it will by necessity involve some failure just to figure out what does and doesn't work.

Please. Take all the time you need. More time means more effort and better product. I hope to see it.

As a new enthusiast of homemade classes, I have made a similar comment on other people's creations.
I have updated the blood drinker feature.
