In games I pronounce it in various ways depending on the dialect of the NPC speaking to my players... sometimes it sounds like Fey Rune, sometimes it's Fey Run, sometimes I say it like Fa Rune and sometimes I say it like how I recall Volo in the Baldur's Gate video games did where he pronounced it Ferran. I like to mix it up to simulate how real world dialects change how a word will rarely sound the same around the world.
@SovietCoffeeCupQuestion, good fellow. Is Baerun to be read as a rhyme to Faerûn?
@TheEdVerse In my mind, Faerun is always "Fay-er-ROON" but when penning this one I mentally prounced Baerun as "BEAR-un." Apropos of nothing at all. :}
Ok, welcome to the Canadian pronunciation with an extra syllable 😳. I guess if that’s how Ed says it that’s the correct way but I’m still saying It as Fay- Ryun with a Germanic accent.
I pronounce it as "Fie-rune". That's probably weird, but it makes sense to me. Sort of.

Easy thing to remember in French is that, in almost all cases, just drop the last letter
It's "Fay-er-ROON" as per the creator of it Ed Greenword; https://www.sageadvice.eu/what-is-the-correct-pronunciation-of-faerun/

Fay-rune
I pronounce it as Fair-un or Fair-une, most of the time. Occasionally Fey-run.
