I have come up with a level 20 character build whose full movement in one turn surpasses the speed of sound. This build is made assuming all magic items are available, one boon is granted, and multiplication of speed is on top of one another. For reference, the speed of sound is approximately 1,125 feet per second. The build is below:
Centaur speed: 40 + Level 13 monk UM: 20 + Mobile feat: 10 + Adjust Density: 10 + Any Artifact With Major Beneficial Property 4: 10 + Boon of Speed: 30 + Ichor Mutation: 5 + Armor of the Vind Rune: 5 + Level 5 Wizard Flame Stride: 20
= 150
*boots of speed: 2 *haste: 2 *eagle whistle (makes a flying speed twice your walking speed): 2
= 1,200
Movement Action Dash BA Step of the Wind Dash Level 2 fighter action surge action dash Reaction to Glamour Bard Mantle of Inspiration Haste action dash
There's (several) older threads on the subject, but it's more than possible that Theros or Tasha's may have introduced new elements. I''ll have to think on that one, but I believe Tabaxi are the masters of single-round burst, but Centaur and Aarakocra surpass them for sustained round-to-round speed on the land or air.

/ 6 seconds per turn
= 1,200
Action surge doesn't provide a second bonus action, so the two bonus actions here are illegal.
Also, why start with centaur? Wouldn't the 50 ft flying speed of the Aaracokra be better, or consider Tabaxi for their double-speed feature?

If I remember, there’s something about creating a flying speed based off of walking speed, and there being buffs to walk that don’t effect flying speed. Centaurs with magical shoes are faster than aarakocra at high levels/gear, somehow
Here's the thing: No matter how many characters there are in a round, a round always takes 6 seconds. Which means that any activities that occur in that round happen within 6 seconds.
as the chicken said, many threads on this topic but they're all homebrew as there's no declared order of operations and this type of extreme stacking is simply outside the scope of the rules
30+10*2 is not (30+10)*2
so do whatever you want and see if the DM allows it as that's the only thing that matters.

I'm going to make this way harder than it needs to be.
No, that’s not true. The speed of sound is about 1,125 ft./sec. and the character moves at a speed of 1,200 ft./sec. 1,200 > 1,125

If you want INFINITE speed, here's what you do:
1. Line up an infinite number of NPCs.
2. The NPCs pass you along in a line.
3. Travel an infinite distance in 6 seconds.
4. Profit.
