So he is a paladin first 6 then added the 2 fighter levels for action serge, and continue with celestial warlock for the rest. What do you think, any advice.
I would say first...what is your goal for this character? What are you trying to accomplish with the build?
As for initial thoughts...
If you are looking to being a smiting type of paladin, you need to be looking at higher levels of paladin and probably more sorcerer than warlock (more spell slots to smite with...right now you have 4 1's, 2 2's, and 3 5's...which level 5 spell slots are just the same as level 4 spells slots with smite, so lose value). Also, I would go with hexblade warlock, so now your attack modifier is CHA, not STR (less stats that have to be loaded). I have a cool build that is Paladin 12 / Sorcerer 5 / Warlock 3 ....more built for smiting/damage.
If you are looking healer, I think you got the right idea with some of the traits of the celestial warlock, but again spell slots are limited. Again, higher levels of paladin or using divine soul sorcerer will help this.
Also, you are missing out on some of the great paladin traits...some of the auras are amazing and the improved divine smite adds 1d8 radiant each hit without having to use a spell slot.
Finally, I feel like the fighter part is not really needed...I don't think you are getting the return that you could get with adding levels to the other classes you have.
Again...what I wrote above is just looking at it face value without knowing what your true goal is with the build...glad to give more feedback as needed.
well, i'm gong warlock all the way from here the fighter was mainly for action serge. it is supposed to be good for regaining spell slots on short rest. i'm doing curse of strahd BTW.
I am not sure how action surge helps you regain spell slots during a short rest, as a warlock you regain your spell slots on a short or long rest anyway. Action surge merely lets you take a second action on your turn.

As for me, I choose to believe that an extinct thunder lizard is running a game of Dungeons & Dragons via Twitter!
That isn't what I was saying. You made it sound like the action surge would help you regain expended spell slots which it doesn't. I was just making sure you knew that before you got a cruel awaking during a game session.

oh i knew what it was, the thing was my DM told me he used a similar build while playing Out of the Abyss, and since i'm the local paladin he suggested it for me to use in our Curse of Strahd campaign which he will follow it up with Dead in Thay. just seems like a good build against undead where you don't need a lot of long rests.
Hm, it looks like you have both Divine Smite (which can be activated with any weapon attack) and Eldritch Smite (which can be activated once per turn with a weapon attack). Do those stack, or does that just allow you to take advantage of a level-5 warlock spell slot? Because with Improved Divine Smite at level 11, that would give you an extra 1d8 radiant with every attack, whether you used a smite or not. With Extra Attack, that's a bonus 10d8 every five turns.
Granted, you'd only be a level 7 warlock instead of 12 at level 20, so you'd only have 2 4th-level warlock spell slots and you'd be missing some other advantages, but the upgraded paladin features would be a plus. A bigger healing pool, access to more smites and spells like crusader's mantle and remove curse (you'd still be able to cast revivify), another Vengeance feature, etc. I'm not saying it's necessarily better, it's a half-caster and a lot of its features reset after a long rest, it's just something to think about.

Personally, this is the quickest way to tell me you've got a bad character. You're discussing mechanics right off the bat. Tell me about your character and *why*, from a character perspective, you've made the decisions you have.
well the fighter part is explained by my background as a solder and knight of Bahamut as a paladin, the warlock part happened when the abbot died an entrusted me with an amulet of a solar (patron) and a book of heavens.

i took the 2 fighter levels for action serge for the extra action per short rest, do you think it's not worth it?
