If a 6th lvl Illusionist hands someone a text with Illusory Script on it, can he, a day later, use Malleable Illusions to change the text of that Illusory Script, thereby sending the other person a message?
Yes, you can alter the illusion during the entire duration. However, as MellieDM said, the wizard needs to be able to see the illusion. Thus, using it to "send a message" might be useless since if you can see the illusion you could just shout it to the guy holding the text :P
You could use scrying to look at the illusion, provided it is visible and not in a book or rolled up or anything, and then use malleable illusions on it. Then again, if you have access to scrying you've probably got more effective ways of communicating than that.
