What words do you use for command? Here's a few I came up with:
Dance: A one round version of Otto's Irresistible Dance.
Reflect: the target reflects on their life and may or may not think they were a failure. They also might think not too fight anymore. These combined might confuse them after command is finished.
Cultivate: The target will start trying to till the ground with whatever on hand. If the area you use command in is a city with paved roads the target will try to find an area with dirt.
Flee - I'd expect the target to use movement (maybe even their Action/Bonus action as well) to move away from to you (or maybe just in the direction of the exit.)
Sleep - Obviously they're not likely to actually fall asleep in just one turn, but they'll at least move into a prone position. Can be a huge boon if there are any melee attackers nearby.
Surrender is always a good option. I’d say a target would at least drop their weapons and possibly even kneel or otherwise be open to an advantaged attack.
My favorite is Strip when the target is wearing armor. They won’t get much off, but they should get enough off that it takes 1-2 rounds to get back into combat.
Dive (very useful if near a ledge of some sort, mayhaps).
...
Shit.
... It'd be funny...

My Paladin grandmother who liked using "Apologize!". Because when you apologize to your Nana you keep saying it until you MEAN IT!
We were once fighting in a house near the kitchen and I commanded someone to "BAKE" and we got halfway to cookies! I especially like using the environment to my advantage when using Command. Telling someone to swim when there's a body of water within sight, steal while in a busy town, mine when inside a cave, that kind of thing!
Prostrate is the one I use for Command, puts them Prone( dm dependant)
I totally misread that and thought wow your games are spicy. 🤣

It's on the spell so pretty obvious but...

I like Yield, Grovel, Cower, Kneel, Tremble, and Beg. Of course, this is also someone who likes Oath of Kings Paladins.
At every session, I say, "Everyone's here, except Waluigi."
How about 'Betray'?

Would 'Freeze' make them skip their turn?
'Fall' should make them drop Prone, right?
'Group' should make them all run towards each other, setting up an easy AoE for an ally.

I wonder if you could say "Trust" or "Consent" and then take the creature along for a Dimension Door or other transport spell.
"Not all those who wander are lost"

Surprised no one said Defenestrate, although that's easily countered by the random uneducated bandit not knowing what that means.
Also by the prohibition against harmful actions. It would have to be autodefenestrate anyway. :)
How about "snuggle"...?
"juggle" seems like a good way to disarm people.
