Circle of the Moon, Level 20 Wood Elf Druids. I would know, as I play one. They can use their Wild Shape at 6th level to turn into an elemental of their choice, from air, water, fire or earth. And when they hit 18th level, they can use their Wild Shape to turn into a Young White Dragon, or a Mammoth.
Mammoth yes, young white dragon is a no. Beasts only, no dragons. Elemental wild shape is at 11th level not 6th. The level 18 is that you can cast while wild shaped, has nothing to do with other forms. The capstone at 20 is sick though with unlimited wild shapes so you can bounce back and forth into different forms and refresh your HP. Playing a 20th level Druid and playing one to 20 are two completely different things.
Sorcadin's are pretty dang powerful, especially if you add in a bit of Warlock. I'm pretty sure on Acheron there's a battlefield where it's nothing but Sorcadins and Mystics duking it out.
A while back I came up with what I call the Riki-Oh build: Half-orc with three levels of Champion fighter and the rest in Open Hand monk. Combine Improved Critical and Brutal critical with the fact that Monks get a lot of attacks means that you're splattering people into globs with your bare fists.

I think you meant Savage Attack (from Half-Orc), not Brutal Critical (from 9 levels of Barbarian), though they are very very similar.

They do pretty much the same thing, so I always get them confused :/
so... my best answer would be a level 20 fighter with light crossbows and the crossbow expert feat. thats 5 attacks per round, all doing 1d8+dex. thats 5d8+dex 5 times every turn, not to mention action surge.

i woud not allow this in my game
Why is that so overpowered? Any twentieth level Fighter makes four attacks per turn, and that is completely unoptimized.

its overpowered because you could also use sharpshooter feat with it and do 50 more damage. its pretty powerfull.
Not to mention that you can't even use the BA attack from Crossbow Expert with a Light Crossbow (or wield 2 or them) as it's a two handed weapon. It'd have to be a Hand Crossbow, so you're dealing a very mediocre 5d6 + 25. (E[X] = 42.5) or you could switch to a Heavy Crossbow for 4d10 + 20, (E[X] = 42), gaining back your BA at the cost of needing 2 hands to fire it.

...and the melee guy would just use their GWM feat to deal 8d6 + 60 instead of your 5d6 + 75, for one feat fewer and getting to keep their BA. It's really not that powerful.

yer right, its not for the people who want to totally optimize, but it is decently powerfull and puts some cool RP options with it. its not very powerfull

your right, i was not thinking, it would have to be heavy crossbow or hand crossbow, great catch. it weakens the build a lot by not doing that, as CE gives you that BA.

But the GWM has to be in melee range...
guess range wasn’t a factor.
also, the guy in melee range, can take cover still from GWM, rare scenario, but can happen.
Sharpshooter with Archery style hits 10% more often, GWM has larger damage dice and GWF fighting style bumps the average roll of all dice on the attack up slightly. Whenever I’ve tried to account for hit% in the math, Sharpshooter comes out on top, but there’s probably room to disagree (especially with there being more other sources of modifiers/bonuses for melee than ranged). Both are pretty good.
The fact that it's in the Sage Advice Compendium carries more weight than simply saying that it's in a Sage Advice. This is in the SAC.
That said, it's good but won't break games either way. If you want to have the combo work in your game, bring it up with your DM prior to attempting it in game. Session 0 is the ideal time, but sometimes the character concept isn't fleshed out enough to know that a Life Cleric/Druid, Life Cleric/Ranger 2, Life Cleric/Bard (at least level 6 for Lore, 10 otherwise, Magical Secrets), or something else like Life Cleric with Magic Initiate (Druid) at that point. Bring it up as soon as you make the choice while out of game.
In my opinion, the part that makes Goodberry so potent is the duration of the berries. Being able to cast it pre-long rest, have the berries available for healing during the next day, and still being able to use that slot is a big deal. The Ring of Spell Storing proves that worth (granted, it's much more versatile).

Range is rarely a factor because GMs generally don't want to have a battlefield hundreds of feet across and even if they did so, they don't usually have a gaming space the size of a tennis court to play on.

Find your own truth, choose your enemies carefully, and never deal with a dragon.
"Canon" is what's factual to D&D lore. "Cannon" is what you're going to be shot with if you keep getting the word wrong.

I don’t throw out value, or over value builds, based off of homebrew rules, or lazy DMing.
majority of encounters start further than 5 feet away. Majority of encounters are not in a 10ft x 10ft square cell.

Is there a mechanic, for “over eating” or “over drinking”?
like water boarding, or forcibly making someone eat multiple good berries. (Which is a full days serving of everything you need in 1 berry)

Barbarian/Rogue is pretty good, for sneak attack on every attack, rage damage, and dual wielding rapiers.
Please check out my homebrew, I would appreciate feedback:
Spells, Monsters, Subclasses, Races, Arcknight Class, Occultist Class, World, Enigmatic Esoterica forms
