hey, im wonder is there any good combat manger systems out their online, things to keep track of HP/AC spell slots etc, NPC's and PC's im asking, because, while i think im good at the story side of D&D the combat saide of things leaves much to be desired. any ideas?
You don't need to have a subscription any more for encounters. I can do it and I have never spent any money on here.
You do not need a subscription to add an encounter to the encounter builder. However, you do need a subscription (at the moment) to run the encounter. See below for more details:
I mix DNDBeyond and Roll20. For the encounter prep, and then using the Monsters attacks, I have them all in the Encounter Builder. Easy peasy to just click on it (with the help of Beyond20 extension) and it automagically rolls in Roll20. When I build out the monsters on the Roll20 map... I use the built in bars to keep track of what the AC and HP of the individual monsters are. I'll use the third bar to keep track of movement speed or anything else I need to remember that is numeric for a specific monster that is different than the others (Mixing Dire Wolves and Wolves, the movement speed is much higher on the Dire Wolves than the wolves... so I put in 50' on those and 40' on the regular wolves). Then when a specific one takes damage, I just type in -10 (or whatever the damage is) and hit enter and the HP automatically updates. Keeps everything concise and visible to me but not the players.
If you haven't played with both at the same time, I highly recommend it. And the Beyond20 extension is the game changer on easing people into Roll20. By itself Roll20 is great, but very complicated and cumbersome to learn. Beyond20 makes it so that anyone that is in the campaign can quickly join (make sure your character name in your journal of Roll20 matches your DNDBeyond character name), and click on any ability, check, weapon and roll nearly instantly in Roll20 with the correct modifiers and includes things like Sneak Attacks for Rogues or that hard to remember Disciple of Life bonus for Life Clerics. Even if you play tabletop, it is almost worth it... well, maybe not... because honestly, the only downside is you don't get to pull out your Bag of Holding and roll out your favorite Dice!

You can use the combat manager that Jesse mentioned.
As an alternative, you could look into roll20. It's basically a virtual tabletop, with plenty of tools to assist with combat management.
You could also use tabletop simulator on steam.
I'm sure there are others, but those are the 3 main ones that come to mind.
