What if there was a monastic tradition for people with little to no formal training in the manipulation of Ki? A way of manipulating ki based on instinct and practicality alone, removing the lofty spiritual disciplines of a temple setting and focusing solely on being the most effective in combat? Sort of like an MMA or street fighter type deal? I was thinking their gimmick could be some sort of "improvised ki blast" or something, where they just let their life force run wild and use it to augment their attacks to give them a shotgun-like kick? Maybe some sort of quick-guard ability as well? Hell, maybe their lack of training becomes a detriment as they get stronger, with their ki attacks eating away at their own life essence because they lack the training to use it safely.
I'm homebrewing a gritty, street-fighter monk. It focuses on gaining advantage, debuffs, and adding extra damage to your attacks.
Evolution would be more based on altering beasts and yourself. Maybe some turn a critter to a dire beast, and at higher levels turn it to a monster. Maybe wildshape would give you characteristics but still remain humanoid?
For the infernal rogue I was thinking something soccubi based or the roguey lords of hell like glasya. So sneaky things and fire damage and maybe collect souls for the devil or some contract skill?
Transmute and conjuring sounds good for a limbo mage. I do hope they go for it.
Circle of Adaption? Would that be a possible name? Possibly be able to have a beast pet that you can use a Wild Shape on them to give benefits similar to Alter Self.
The Infernal Stalker Archetype for rogue might be a good name. Maybe turn sneak attack damage into fire damage that ignores resistances to fire damage? Can undo infernal contracts, and use souls to their benefit. This sounds great.
Limbo Mage as an Arcane Tradition, I'm really starting to dig the idea of this. Possibly allow you to roll on the Wild Magic Table. You could also summon a Mote of Chaos that you could shift into almost anything you can think of like in Limbo? Sounds cool.
Conclave of the Feytracker as the fey ranger you mentioned? Possibly be able to speak Sylvan, cast misty step, and bewilder others.

For a druid circle, I was thinking of something that might be a bit of an "evil" druid. Circle of the Fang. Basically you're Poison Ivy/ PETA. a heavy damage dealing type subclass.
Had an idea for a rogue once called the "skipper". based on teleportation. You had a number of skips equal to your rogue level+ con modifier. And could replace your movement with them. 1 skip teleported you up to half your walking speed. You could expend as many as you liked as a part of your movement.

I've been working on a Fey themed rogue and that teleportation ability is perfect for it! Thank you for the idea!
well, other things included were that if you attacked immediately after skipping in, you got sneak attack, regardless of advantage or ally's position
you eventually learned to take people with you, but that required you spend extra skips, and at least 1 save. You had a skip save (8+dex+prof). You had to make a con check against it, or the creature you skipped took force damage equal to 1d4x number of skips used. you could choose to fail the save. and if the creature was unwilling, they could make a charisma save versus your skip save, and if they succeeded, they were left behind and you still spent the extra skips it would have cost to bring them.
Circle of Haze; an illusion-based druid that draws on the obscuring powers of nature to fuel their spells, getting innate options like Blur, Shadow Blade (flavored to be made of warping fog clouds), Major Image, and Gaseous Form, Fog Cloud. Maybe they could use wild shape charges to alter gas/fog/mist based spells for an extra effect, like creating solid, impenetrable constructs with your fog cloud, or maybe all hostile targets within your fog have to make a save or suffer some sort of charming or frightening effect as your mist influences their mind.
Way of the Winding Serpent; A monk that got like, really into yoga. Like, to an alarming degree. In fact, they got so into yoga that they found a way to use their ki to increase their body's malleability and flexibility, allowing them to contort, dislocate, and rupture their own bodies to practice their unusual martial arts.Their flurry of blows would get an extra 5 feet of range pretty early on, or possibly all of their unarmed strikes? They have advantage for all things concerning grappling ?.. Maybe at some point they could grapple monsters out of their usual size range by stretching their entire body and covering them like some sort of sickening serpent. Stuff like that. Basically a monk that can drag you to them and keep you pinned down with powerful grapples.
Blast Knight; Ok, so imagine a guy with a sword, yea? Pretty intimidating. Now, strap powder kegs and dynamite onto his body that blow up when he's hit, and give him the unhinged mind and grit to keep swinging after he's blown to kingdom come. That's a Blast Knight, they're basically warriors with some skill in alchemy/chemistry, using volatile substances to give them a dangerous edge in fights where you need more firepower than a sword can offer. alchemy kit proficiency, a reaction that allows them to deal damage proportionate to their level in a wide berth (maybe like 3-4 charges per long rest since it would take a while to make dynamite?), the ability to throw that reactionary explosive to deal damage as a bonus action (same charge?), eventually they get fire resistance after blowing themselves up for so long, and after that, advantage on saves from spells or attacks that don't directly target them (like fireball, for example).

I do not see those being put into D&D anytime in the next few editions of the game.

I personally want to see more extraplanar stuff, as unlikely as that might be. The Clockwork Soul Sorcerer and Oath of the Watchers Paladin got that itch going for me.
I don't think it is unlikely that we'll see more extraplanar stuff at all. A lot of the recent UA have been themed extraplanar.

Oh yea, they're ******* idiotic to be honest, I just thought the last two were really amusing in a "why would that even exist" way. I might actually homebrew the Blast Knight thing though, It's absolutely absurd but after sleeping on it, I do think I'd actually play a jihadist warrior.

A cloud/illusion based druid is the most likely of the 3.

I don't think cloud giants, but maybe it's focused on moving enemies around, like how video games use mist to teleport players to the start of the level?
