Okay I assume you can't dual concentrate a spell using Glyph of Warding's spell storing mechanic but can you Twin the effect instead?
Example: You are a Divine soul sorcerer who makes a Haste Glyph for the fighter to concentrate with, you infused the glyph to twin its effect to target a second member of the party. Now the fighter is concentrating for the twinned haste.
Am I just being a wishful thinker? Is this allowed?is it game breaking?
Glyph of Warding can only store a spell that targets a single creature or area. A twin spell targets more than one creature.
Not sure what you mean by dual concentrate, though. A spell triggered by a glyph doesn't require concentration (and yes, this has a lot of abuse potential).

Pentagruel is correct twice over, but he left out a third way you're incorrect: sorcerers can't embed spells in a glyph of warding.
Here are the casters who can embed a spell in a glyph of warding, should they have access to the spell:
Artificer, Cleric, Druid, Paladin, Wizard
Anyone else with access to the spell can only use the glyph's other effect, Explosive Runes. This is because Spell Glyph very explicitly only works with prepared spells. I just listed for you every caster in the game capable of having spells prepared to put in the glyph.
These classes get (or can get) the spell, but can only use Explosive Runes unless they multiclass: Bard, Arcane Trickster, Clockwork Soul, Divine Soul, Eldritch Knight
These classes need to be a Mark of Warding Dwarf or an Izzet Engineer, or they need to multiclass, to get the spell, but then they can use Spell Glyph: Druid, Paladin
Artificer, Cleric, and Wizard are the only classes that need no tricks - they get the spell, and can just use Spell Glyph.
so youre telling me a Level 11 Wizard with 700 gold and an hour to spare, can rock a +4 to thier AC, attack 3 times, fly with a movement speed of 80 feet, attack with their spellcasting modifier by using a Haste Glyph and Tasha's otherworldy guise at the same time.
Bruh that is terryfying, I love it!
