By "current system", I take it you mean "On D&D beyond in general" as they have made veeeeeeeery little-to-no progress on features, or even making the features they have actually work, in years.
If you can create a magic item and have a modifier set to (using their own dropdowns) add "Bonus" to "Wisdom Saving Throws" for either XdX die rolls or even a fixed +X.... none of that actually works. Never has. Been a "feature" on their platform for maaaaany years. In the past several years, the only thing they've put time and effort into is new virtual dice sets that only you can see and selling virtual books on their platforms.
That's the primary reason I never advise people to subscribe to their platform.

Not quite entirely true. If you make a magic item with the following it should work just fine:
Modifier: Bonus->Subtype: Wisdom Saving Throws->Fixed Value: X
The only reasons it wouldn’t I know of are if you enter a noninteger as the fixed value, enter an integer that’s too high (I generally stick to a ceiling of 6 for bounded accuracy’s sake anyway), or if you don’t save the whole magic item again after adding the modifier. Other than that the only other reason it might not work is if the character sheet gets “stuck” on the unupdated version.
How can I add a -1d4 to my saving rolls on beyond ?
