So my DM has homebrewed a couple items for my monk/cleric. One of the items is a tattoo that creates +2 darts (easily managed). The other is as follows:
- Spear Of The Warrior’s Might = A ornately crafted spear with a bronzed shaft and silver enchanted spearhead. You get +2 bonus to attack rolls and you add double your strength modifier to damage rolls with this Spear. when you get a critical hit with this weapon you may use a bonus action to immediately make another attack using this weapon.
Now I know it isn't built for a monk, however, I would like to make it so I could give it to our awesome barbarian. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!
None of that is possible to program mechanically on DDB.
There is no way to add a +2 bonus to the Attack roll without also adding the same +2 bonus to the damage roll since they are linked by the modifier.
There is no way to add a bonus to the damage roll equal to an Ability score, only fixed numbers or additional dice. (And the dice roller isn’t smart enough to add those dice together yet.)
There is currently no way to add Actions to magic items such as that additional bonus action.
You would basically have to make it as plain text and the player would have to customize the item directly on their character sheet to reflect the bonuses to attack and damage, and add a custom action as well to represent that additional attack.

Thank you for the input. I was hoping that wasn't the case, but I guess I have to.
