I'm making some lycanthropy feats for one of my players and some NPCs. The thing is, I don't want to give them complete immunity to attacks that aren't magical or silvered right out of the gate. Is there a way for me to set up the modifier so that it starts out as resistance, then becomes immunity at level 10 (as an example)?
Not on a feat, no. Well not on anything really. Modifiers don’t work like that, they are always on. But fears are designed to be level agnostic so there is no way to make a feat that “grows.” (That’s what subclasses are for.)
