Want feedback on this bard college I am submitting. I want it to primarily focus on controlling the flow of battle and assisting allies.
-------------
The College of Epicness is home to bards who want to be apart of epic adventures and sing about them to future generations. They often travel with adventurers, pirates, dungeon delvers, and all manor of folk going into crazy and dangerous situations. Through the magic of their songs they are able to make attacks that would miss hit, lightning bolts that would disintegrate an ally just give some slight static shock, and allow their allies to fight above their maximum potential.
Combat Commentary
When you join the College of Galavanting at 3rd level, you gain the ability to efficiently send information about the battle through your songs and words to your allies.
As a bonus action you can sing a song or say something that helps your allies get a better understanding of the battlefield. Every ally within 60 feet that can hear you gains advantage on their next saving throw, attack roll, or skill check.
This ability resets after a short rest.
Drum Roll Please
Since you have been in combat so much you know when something epic is about to happen and you are able to help make it more epic. You gain the ability to use your bardic inspiration as a reaction.
Songwriters Privilege
At 6th level, you gain the ability to modify the battlefield in order to make future songs about it more epic. As an action you can swap the position of 2 willing creatures or move a single creature up to 30 feet from their starting location. Any unwilling creature must succeed a Charisma saving throw and any creatures effected by this are unable to take reactions until their next turn.
This ability resets on a short rest.
Epic Background Music
At 14th level, as a bonus action you are able to start playing epic background music for 30 seconds (5 turns of combat) which grants your allies the following:
Any critical gets an extra weapon damage dice.
All allies get temporary hit points equal to your Bard level.
Allies who succeed saving throws and would take half damage instead take quarter damage.
Movement is increased by 5 feet.
During this you are unable to cast concentration spells, and you are unable to use again until after taking a long rest.
What is the range of Epic Background Music? 60 feet? Is the effect require concentration and what happens if the bard enters the area of silence? Also instead of taking quarter damage, I suggest that they take none.

@Astromancer Epic Background Music would probably be 60 feet, and wasn't sure if it should require concentration or not, but would make sense if it stopped when they enter area of silence.
@Lucatro7 Some of them might make sense to give more uses as you level but wanted to make sure they stayed balanced in doing so.

To simplify these rules you may want to borrow from countercharm. I also suggest making the duration a minute.

A tad goofy, but there's nothing wrong with that.

How do the abiltys power up as you level up like most classes do
