I have a player that is inquiring about using some homebrew spells in my campaign. I have already approved some from a list they had provided from homebrew section on this site. When I enabled the use of homebrew for their character, I noticed that along with the spells that I had approved of, are the spells that I didn't approve of.
When dndbeyond pulls in homebrew content, does it pull this information in from any home brew spells that they players have selected as well? I am trying to figure out where these other spells would be coming from as the only home brew spells I have created are the ones I have approved. If this is the case, is there a way to limit where the homebrew spells are being pulled in from so it only uses a list of spells that I have approved.

Much thanks,

It pulls from the homebrew collections of everyone in the campaign. No, there is no way to restrict that.

Ahhh okay. I guess I will just have to keep an eye on that player then to ensure they are only using the spells I approved.
Much thanks!
Happy to help.
