I finally got around to revising my bard subclass.
Hopefully this version is 'better' than the last one, as I put a bit more thought into it this time, and there's less 'hAhA fUnNy RaNdOm' in this version.
1. What level do you gain Chaotic Disruption at? I am presuming it is 3rd. Also, generally features begin with "Starting at Xth level..." or "Also at Xth level...".
2. Do you roll Chaotic Disruption a) before the roll is made b) after the roll is made, but before you know the result (i.e., a 16 is rolled, but you don't know if it's 16+1 or 16+10) or c) after the outcome of the roll is decided? Generally, I believe class features prefer the second option.
3. There is no such thing as a "fair and equal fight between you" when your enemy has >20AC and you are rolling a d20 with no modifiers. In addition, from the confusing wording, I think you do not get to add your proficiency bonus to your rolls, but your enemy does, since it isn't an ability modifier. Furthermore, are these attacks, checks and saves against you or someone else? Because if so, then nullifying an archdemon's Charisma modifier vs someone else's Banishment is a crazily powerful ability for sixth level. I myself would rewrite it as a long term malus to attacks against others equal to your Inspiration die, since by this level you have 4 per short rest and so these abilities need to be smaller and more often.
4. The forced Concentration save being based on a Wisdom save seems very odd, since every other instance is a Con save to maintain concentration. This also makes using this against enemy casters much more unreliable: consider fighting a Sorcerer, and then consider fighting a Cleric, and then consider that both of them have similar Constitution modifiers.
5. The Augmented Spell seems to be very random and of extraordinarily varying power, especially if you're already casting a damage spell. In addition, high level spells, on the Bard's list, which require attack rolls are extremely rare when compared to saving throws - even the Bard's go-to cantrip requires a Wisdom save. Also, you don't get two fourteenth level abilities when they are both this good.
1. Yeah I must have forgot to put that in, it's 3rd, but it must have just slipped my mind
2. b) after the roll but before the result, which I should have specified
3. Yeah fair I guess, I just wanted to put some fancy text in. And on the subject of balance, yeah I really should have thought of that, I'm not the best at balancing things, so I'll work on that. Also my wording is very bad, so that's another thing I'm gonna work on, sorry
4. Yeah I should have made it a wisdom save, guess it just slipped my mind when making it
5. Yeah I guess it's same with what I said before, making things balanced, or fun to play, aren't really my strong points, but I could probably make it better if I tried. Also I haven't played any bard long enough to really look at the higher end of the spell list, so I'll keep that in mind next time
Thanks for this! My homebrew has been extremely hit-or-miss-but-mostly-miss, so I'm really happy to get some advice, I'll try my best to make it better, as I really like the idea, but my execution has been, lets say, less than stellar.

I would love to hear any feedback on what I could improve and what I should remove :)
Thanks!
