One: A Monk item, takes up the bracers slot, requires attunement . I'd like for the item to grant a bonus to the Ki strike save DC
Two: A barbarian item, requires attunement, takes up the Necklace slot. I'd like for the item to give a bonus to a Barbarian's melee damage while raging.
I was not able to figure out how to do this in the Homebrew Item maker.
There are no such things as “bracers slot” or “necklace slot.” There is “handwear” and “jewelry,” but there are no “slots” for them.
For items that do those things you would need to list the effects as plain text and the players would have to make the adjustments manually on their character sheets, or simply remember them.
Some character sheets and versions of games do have specific slots for items like bracers or necklace. I know of Pathfinder ones that certainly do. D&D Beyond does not have specific slots for worn items like that. It just has the 3 attunement slots, any item that requires attunement can be placed in any of the 3 slots (no duplicates). I differ to IamSposta's insight on how to handle this, text information and having the player keep track is probably the best way.

As far as I can tell, the DMG doesn't place any restrictions on magic items that would respect body slots making that item on a character sheet unimportant, eg. there's no rule that disallows attuning to three different magic rings. There is only this guidance, which is more of a rule of thumb:
Multiple Items of the Same Kind
Use common sense to determine whether more than one of a given kind of magic item can be worn. A character can’t normally wear more than one pair of footwear, one pair of gloves or gauntlets, one pair of bracers, one suit of armor, one item of headwear, and one cloak. You can make exceptions; a character might be able to wear a circlet under a helmet, for example, or be able to layer two cloaks.

DDB doesn’t have them because D&D doesn’t have them. DDB is contractually obligated to the game’s publisher, WotC, not to change RAW.
