*Hallo homies! I saw that one of overkill's characters decided to actually head out to do the bounty, mind if i pick that up?*
*Also, character stuff if overkill doesn't want to do it rn (which would be minorly sad)* *Also for other people aswell*
A human enters the tavern, looking mostly normal besides their glowing purple eyes. Welcome Azazel back :D (The pm got shut down cause of OOC stuff with cyno (nothing bad for the most part) so he's back in play)
Vivian is having a bowl of cereal in the main room
For overkill: If you want, make a survival check?

*Great rolls :D, thats a good omen!*
They have trouble picking up a trail, but thankfully the poster that they took has leads to where the creature supposedly in staying in the forest
*Lol, such a wonderful opening roll.*
Mirinn wanders through the forest, heading to the first lead listed.
As she heads deeper into the forest, the branches on nearby trees seem snapped off, and there is the faint scent of blood
Mirinn crouches down, following the broken branches and trying to be sneaky.
Stealth (if it's necessary): 13

There seem to be scratches into the trees, and a sorta.... crunching sound underfoot
Mirinn continues on, sure that looking down would be a mistake. As she walks, she looks for any sign of the manticore.
Perception: 21
or
Investigation: 16
SHe hears the distinct sound of something large eating in the distance towards the left, followed by what sounds like a bone snapping
She readies her axes, breathing softly to prepare herself. Then, she burst forward, running at 80ft. (by dashing, of course)
As she runs, she breaks into a clearing, a bestial-like form hunched over a corpse, seeming to be eating it. Its not exactly like a manticore, however its far from a normal beast. A large scorpions tail adorns its form along with long claws and a hide that has a couple arrows sticking out of it
Initiative: 18 , 9 *advantage*
The creature doesn;t notice them at first, but sensing something it turns around, growling at her
*A bit of time-warping because I can't literally be on at anyone's midnight.*
At midnight, Rusty is walking around his carriage mansion, with nothing but a lantern he carries lighting the darkness. In his other hand, he carries the False Hydra young *whatever it was*, then enters into a dark, but spacious, room. He walks to a blank wall, and spreads the FHY on it, pulling out some chalk and making an outline about his size around it.
A black door appears. A plaque on it reads:
E
Lost items and people found
Catering
It creaks open. It leads to the room where Rusty first met E. "I almost didn't expect you to do it."
Rusty smiled, teeth and eyes glinting in the lamp light like tiny stars in space. "Of course I would do it, I'd never abandon an apprentice."
"Since we now have some privacy, and you are already aware of my appearance, I see no reason not to explain my nature. Despite what many believe, I am neither demon nor undead. I am without a worldly nature. I am an amalgamation of fear and dark thoughts. I was born when the people of Rotford killed each other out of paranoia, using naught but tooth and nail."
Rusty lifted the lamp up to his mouth, blowing the light out. Of course, the lamp was unnecessary for them both, so there was no point to it in the first place. "That is quite a shame. How do you feel about that?"

You hear a thump the floor above. Then a crash. A small yell. And a lot of swearing. Just a few seconds later, a man descends the stairs, picking broken shards of pottery and petals off an old, cracked leather jacket. There's flecks of pink in his hair, but that's just more petals, beneath those you glimpse patches of grey. He looks around the room, winks and goes into the bathroom to take a dump.
*Posting now, so that I'll get actually online tomorrow.*
*Okay, I'm online.*
The man comes out from the bathroom, seemingly having spent the night have a long soak in the bath. He's got a towel thrown over one shoulder and a happy smile on his face. Plus, his fingers are kinda wrinkly from all that time in the water.
The door heaves open as a figure who stands almost as tall as the door enters. They wear thick plated armor made of black and gold metal, tiny runes of the the symbol for protection are in places hidden underneath of different plates. The helmet takes the shape of a normal helm but had more detail to depict two roaring lions on either side. The figure carries a large shield that is made of thick dark oak and black metal, in another hand is a iron handle with a clear crystal blade. The figures face underneath the helmet is shadowed from view, not even those with dark vision can see through it.
The figure is quiet and quick to move around, they seem to take note of everything in the room before walking back out the door and into the woods, they seem to mutter to themselves before they sit on a log and pull out another iron handled blade, this one doesn't seem to have a blade but a hole in the hilt for something.
