Welcome, anomaly! This video is here to answer any questions you may have. Q: Where am I? A: You're in the Department of Anomalous Operatives, a division of (REDACTED AGENCY NAME) dedicated to protecting and utilizing Anomalies in our world. Q: What is an anomaly? A:The simple answer is, You! For some reason or another, Anomalies pop up in our world. These people have abilities that would normally defy science, but we are only just realizing the massive potential of anomalous individuals! The station you are traveling to is where you will live for the foreseeable future, along with your fellow anomalies. *pictures of the place flash across the screen showing a rec room, a gymnasium, hallways, and a cafeteria* Your individual room will be adjusted to any more serious anomalous traits. The screen turns off, and you're shuffled out of the monorail car and down a hallway. 

An artificial Christmas tree has been added to the rec room, and the allotted surface area is blanketed in snow. Certain Christmas DVDs have shown up in the DVD box, and Chip's ugly Christmas sweater is almost cheerier than he is.

This thread is a holiday revival of the classic DAO! Feel free to make new characters and bring back old ones.

RULES

 Ingame things to note

The DOA is run by older anomalies, and progress has been made since the start decades ago. In each room there is a form that you can fill out to request furniture and entertainment. Every week or so they pull out a projector and let someone pick a movie to watch. It can get boring, but it's not torturous. There is now a list of contraband including fireworks and other pyrotechnics

Vessel [Codename... well... its Vessel. original. i know.] (revived from LRI {thanks Jester and Rag}) is exploring the gym.

*Vessel. Female. Age 17. Part werewolf but only shifts when forced, threatened, or high emotions. Acts tough but a good smack upside the head is more than enough to send her whimpering to the floor like you just kicked her pet puppy. {she doesnt have one. its a figure of speech.} Doesn't like to die and tries to avoid it at all costs usually throwing someone else at the enemy while she tries to escape but if she does die, she just forms with a new body and usually hides for a week and then sulks for a month.*

A new anomaly emerges from her room warily, the twin puffballs on her bobble hat flopping around with each turn of her head. She pulls her fluffy pink cardigan a little tighter and starts down the hall, her fluffy boots barely making a sound.

<This seems fun. It's like 007?>

A small figure with a rigid posture is escorted in. He meekly waves hello to the other anomalies around him. Then he sneezes, seemingly surprising himself, and seawater launches out from his nose. He is Sayen, codename Overflow.

<Sayen. Male. Age 15. His emotions overflow, taking form as certain elements. For instance, surprise is Blue-Green, hence the seawater. Anger is red, so it might appear as fire.>

Sal is hunched over in the corner, bored and tired, a faint whining sound surrounding him.

*This looks w0nderful! I'm definitely working 0n a character to bring to this lovely 7reation!*

Austin, codename Phantom, young male, maybe 16. Can read and (to a degree) manipulate minds when in close proximity. Like making himself invisible to people and such. Suffers from extreme mood swings, temper fluctuations, and loneliness.

Right now he's lying in a corner, looking depressed

A new arrival- a girl around age 16 or 17- walks into the facility, looking around at the large interior space with equal wonder and anxiety. She has blue-grey eyes reminiscent of silver that has lost its shine, and long brown hair with streaks of grey and what appears to be faint speckles of something inside of it that shimmers brightly in the room's ambient lighting. She wears a blue denim jacket with matching jeans and a striped grey shirt, as well as a silvery metal bracelet and octagonal wire-frame glasses- both of which seem to be unusually reflective given their materials.

This is Mara- codename Reflector- and her anomaly is that while she is touching a surface, intentionally or otherwise, that even slightly creates a reflection (metals, glass, some liquids, etc.), it acts as if it were as reflective as a well-polished mirror for as long as she remains in contact with it.

A young man enters the facility, looking a combination of annoyed and bored. He wears a black NASA hoodie with the hood up, only partially zipped up, so you can see an old looking Flash tee shirt underneath. He has grey eyes, which only add to his miffed look.

This is Zagreus Monteleo, code name: Slow-Mo. His anomalous trait is that his body moves at a much faster pace than most, preforming tasks such as absorbing and processing information, reacting to stimuli, metabolic functions and even just moving at a much faster rate. This also causes him to perceive the world to move in slow motion.
