To be perfectly honest, it should be at the bottom of your priority list. It's cool, but I wrote it for myself. It's relevant to the Night Walker Tavern, though, so it might have some importance.
Would a spell be broken if it gave the effects of a long rest, but needed two hours to cast?
I don’t think so. It basically cuts the length of time needed for a long rest down to one quarter of the time. I don’t feel like that’s broken.

I would make it sixth level and give the silk a gold cost.

I would say something like 600 gp, to fit with the regular scaling of spell-to-cost ratio. However, if the silk is consumed, 50 sounds like a good price.

I don't have them digitized, but I'll try and do that at some point in the future. I used some techniques from Why Your Monsters Suck on YouTube, as well as some from MCDM's Flee Mortals book. Let me sum it up, though:
Egregore ignores immunity to fear and has just about every fear-causing spell in the game, as well as several utility and illusion spells. None of his stats go above 20, but he is intended to be a CR 20+ monster that can fight solo against level 20 characters. He's a Huge Monstrosity that relies on trickery, and has to stay in dark or basically be useless.
The Flesh comes in small blobs called Sapid Flesh, which are minions (one hit kills, cleaving rules, all the cool stuff). It doesn't fight back, and is incredibly slow, but can effectively Compelled Duel you and force you to eat it on a failed save, causing you to convert your HP to temporary HP.
I leveled up a level three character to level 10 with no help. I've never done anything like this before on my own(I usually need help with just one level up), so even though its such a small thing, I'm super proud of myself
