Living shadow. While in dim light or darkness, the dragon has resistance to damage that isn't force, phychic, or radiant.
Shadow Stealth. While in dim light or darkness, the dragon can take the Hide action as a bonus action.
Sunlight Sensitivity. While in sunlight, the dragon has disavantage on attack rolls, as well as on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on sight.
Legendary Resistance (3/day). It the dragon fails a saving throw, it can choose to succeed instead.
Amphibious. The dragon can breathe air or water.
Multiattack. The dragon can use its Frightful Presence. it then makes three attacks: one with its bite and two with its claws.
Bite. Melee weapon attack: +12 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 18 ( 2d10+7) Piercing damage
Claw. Melee weapon attack: +12 to hit, reach 5 ft, one target. Hit: 14 (2d6+7) slahing damage.
Tail. Melee weapin attack: +12 to hit, reach 15 ft, one target. Hit: 16 (2d8+7) bludgeoning damage.
Frightful Presence. Each creature of the dragon's choice that is within 120 feet of the dragon and aware of it must succeed on a DC 17 Wisdom saving throw or become frightened for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. If a creature's saving throw is successful or the effect ends for it, the creature is immune to the dragon's Frightful Presence for the next 24 hours.
Breath Weapons (Recharge 5-6). The Dragon uses one of the following breath weapons.
Shadow Breath. The dragon exhales a shadowy lightning repulsione energy in a 90-foot line that is 5 feet widde. Each creature in that line must make a DC 19 Dexterity saving throw taking 66 (12d10) Necrotic damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a succesful one. any person that hits 0 hp dies instantly og a shadow rises fra the corpse.
Repulsion Breath. The dragon exhales repulsion energy in a 30-foot cone. Each creature in that area must succeed a DC 19 Strength saving throw. on a failed save, the creature is psuhed 60 feet away from the Dragon.
The dragon can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action optain can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The dragon regains spent legendaty actions at the start of its turn.
Detect (costs 1): The dragon makes a wisdom (perception) check.
Tail attack (costs 1): The dragon makes a tail attack.
Wing attack (costs 2): The dragon beats its wings. each creature within 10 of the dragon must succeed on a DC 20 Dexterity saving throw or take 14 Bludgeoning (2d6+7) + 8 necrotic damage (1d8+4) and be knocked prone. the dragon can then fly up yo half its flying speed.
Lair and Lair Actions
This Bronze Dragon has a lair in a mountain, close to the ocean.
Lair Actions
On initiative count 20 (losing initiative ties), the Bronze shadow dragon takes a lair action to cause one of the following effects
- The dragon makes a magical darkness that turn a 60 ft. area round the center of the dragon (the darkness turns the area into a dim lightede area). If this lair action is used while this effect already is in use, the range while incress by 30 ft. and the timer start from the top again.
- A thunderclap originates at a point the dragon can see within 120 feet of it. Each creature in a 20-foot radius must make a DC 15 constatution saving throw or take 7 (2d6) necrotic damage and be deafend until the end of its next turn.
Regional Effects
The region containing a legendary Bronze shadow dragon’s lair is warped by the dragon magic and conection to the shadowfell, which creates one or more of the following effects:
- If there are any corpses in the area the soul will rise and become Will-O'-Wisps.
- Any and all plants and creature will ether: die, Turn in to Blight, Corpse flower or Undead creature with a maximun CR of 1/5 rounded to the nearest.
- Within the lair, the dragon can make illusory sounds, such as screams of the damed, or twisted voices that will try to make the players walk in to traps.
If the Bronze shaodw dragon dies, these effects fade over the course of 5d10 days.
