1st level: Thunderwave
Thundrous Roar. The Yellow Dekhta lets out a primal roar, lowering Lightning resistance
Static Blast. Melee Magic Attack: +2 to hit, reach 2 ft radius., all target. Hit: 2d8 + 4 Lightning damage, and all that are hit are pushed to the edge of the radius.
Lightning Strike. Ranged Body Attack: +2 to hit, range 2/7 ft., 1 target. Hit: 1d8 + 2 Lightning damage.
Conduct. When struck with a metal weapon, the Yellow Dekhta can send an electric shock through it, causing the wielder 1d4 Lightning Damage
