Indomitable (3/Day). The warlord can reroll a saving throw it fails. It must use the new roll.
Survivor. The warlord regains 10 hit points at the start of its turn if it has at least 1 hit point but fewer hit points than half its hit point maximum.
Multiattack. The Aeillan Veteran Officer makes three melee attacks. Alternatively it makes one attack with its pistol.
Longsword. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (1d8 + 2) slashing damage.
Shield Bash. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 4 (1d4 + 2) bludgeoning damage. If the target is Large or smaller, it must succeed on a DC 14 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.
Pistol. Ranged Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, range 30/90 ft., one target. Hit: 9 (2d6 + 2) piercing damage.
Leadership (Recharges after a Short or Long Rest). For 1 minute, the Aeillan Veteran Officer can utter a special command or warning whenever a nonhostile creature that it can see within 30 feet of it makes an attack roll or a saving throw. The creature can add a d4 to its roll provided it can hear and understand the Officer. A creature can benefit from only one Leadership die at a time. This effect ends if the Officer is incapacitated.
Parry. The Aeillan Veteran Officer adds 6 to its AC against one melee attack that would hit it. To do so, the Officer must see the attacker and be wielding a melee weapon.
Weapon Attack. The Aeillan Officer makes a weapon attack.
Command Ally. The Aeillan Officer targets one ally it can see within 30 feet of it. if the target can see and hear the warlord, the target can make one weapon attack as a reaction and gains advantage on the attack roll.
Rally (Costs 2 Actions). The Aeillan Officer targets one ally it can see within 30 feet of it. If the target can see and hear it, making a DC 15 Charisma check. If it succeeds the target has advantage on all saving throws and attack rolls until the Aeillan Veteran Officer's next turn.
Description
Veterans of several campaigns, theses Aeillan officers are some of the best seen in the armies of Penandroi and Hetairoi in the region. Often found in the captaincy of Bandons or even larger units, they provide an anchor for the army.
