Pack Tactics. The undead velociraptor has advantage on an attack roll against a creature if at least one of the undead velociraptor’s allies is within 5 feet of the creature and the ally isn’t incapacitated.
Undead Fortitude. If damage reduces the undead velociraptor to 0 hit points, it must make a Constitution saving throw with a DC of 5 + the damage taken, unless the damage is radiant or from a critical hit. On a success, the undead velociraptor drops to 1 hit point instead.
Multiattack. The undead velociraptor makes two attacks: one with its bite and one with its claws.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 5 (1d6 + 2) piercing damage. The target must make a DC 13 Constitution saving throw or be poisoned for 1 min. The poisoned target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.
Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 4 (1d4 + 2) slashing damage.
