A Zastine can fly in the air while attacking which makes it harder to hit
Also, a zastine can breathe in space and can breathe in any type of gas
You can do one bite and one Airblast on 1 turn
Action Name. Airblast ( Ranged )
to hit you get a +6 on your roll. for damage you roll a d8 four times to deal elemental damage
Action Melee Attack. Bite
To hit you get a +3 on your roll. For damage, you roll a d6 three times
Reaction Name. Block moves 1/20 of the time

Description
A zastine uses there divine wind energy to attack. It will do anything they can to stop good. It uses Its wind powers to attack viciously. It can kill 10 soldiers in 5 minutes. They are ancestors of the dragons but weaker and smaller.

Its lairs are in air caves that only ones with the wind can see.
Lair Actions
When at 3 hp the Zastine takes a lair action to cause one of the following effects; the Zastine can’t use the same effect two rounds in a row:
- They call for help ( roll a d10 dice and if it gets 10 then make another Zastine appear. All zastines together can use the ability once in a battle.)
- The monster will become invisible until the end of the round and either flee or attack even more. ( When a Zastine is invisible the opponent must get a 20/20 to land a hit and bonuses count. Ex. I get +6 to my roll and I roll a 15/20 I would hit because I got 20 or higher.)
