Fire Absorption. Whenever the spirit is subjected to fire damage, it takes no damage and instead regains a number of hit points equal to the fire damage dealt.

Heated Weapons. Any metal melee weapon the spirit wields deals an extra 7 (2d6) fire damage on a hit (included in the attack).

Rejuvenation. If damage reduces the spirit to 0 hit points, it disperses into a cloud of ashes that reforms 1d6 rounds later at full hit points, unless the damage is radiant or from a critical hit.

Sunlight Weakness. While in sunlight, the spirit has disadvantage on attack rolls, ability checks, and saving throws.

Turn Resistance. The spirit has advantage on saving throws against any effect that turns undead.
