Amphibious. The Dragon can breath air and water.
Legendary resistance (3/day). If the dragon fails a saving throw, it can choose to succeed instead.
Superior Invisibility. As a bonus action, the dragon can magically turn invisible until its concentration ends (as if concentrating on a spell). Any equipment the dragon wears or carries is invisible with it.
Innate Spellcasting. The Fey Dragon is a 4-level spellcaster. Its spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 18, +10 to hit with spell attacks). The Fey Dragon can cast the following spells, requiring no material components and can cast spells a number of spells equal to its Charisma modifier (CHA +5) per day:
Dimension door, Polymorph, Mirror Image, Blight, Lightning bolt
Multiattack . The dragon can use its Frightful Presence. It then makes three attacks: one with its bite and two with its claws.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: (2d10 + 6) piercing damage.
Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: (2d6 + 6) slashing damage.
Tail. Melee Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: (2d8 + 6) bludgeoning damage.
Frightful Presence. Each creature of the dragon's choice that is within 120 feet of the dragon and aware of it must succeed on a DC 16 Wisdom saving throw or become frightened for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. If a creature's saving throw is successful or the effect ends for it, the creature is immune to the dragon's Frightful Presence for the next 24 hours.
Breath Weapons (Recharge 5-6). The dragon uses one of the following breath weapons.
Steam Breath. The Dragon exhales scalding steam in a 60-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 18 Constitution saving throw, taking 52 (15d6) fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. Being underwater doesn't grant resistance against this damage.
Slowing Breath. The dragon exhales gas in a 60-foot cone. Each creature in that area must succeed on a DC 18 Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, the creature can't use reactions, its speed is halved, and it can't make more than one attack on its turn. In addition, the creature can use either an action or a bonus action on its turn, but not both. These effects last for 1 minute. The creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself with a successful save.

Adult Fey Dragon can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature’s turn. Adult Fey Dragon regains spent legendary actions at the start of their turn.
Claw. The dragon makes a claw attack
Tail Attack. The dragon makes a tail attack.
Secrete slime (Costs 3 Actions).The Fey Dragon secretes a special fluid from it fur and uses its movement to make a 20ft circle of bubbly slime puddle in front of it. Each creature in the slime circle or that starts its turn the slime must succeed on a DC 19 Dexterity saving throw and be knocked prone. This is considered to be difficult terrain and last for 10 minutes, Fey Dragon is not effected.
Description
Appearance. Unlike most other Dragon, Fey Dragons have a long, slender body and have no wings. More so, it is known to be the only Dragon to actually have fur on its body. This fur covers its chest, underbelly, legs and tail. Its scales range in a verity of patterns and light colours pastel colours with the furs keeping to a darker shade. Its head has a long snout and is beautifully adorned by many fin-like panel appendages. These fins are tend to be pink with yellow markings, and they can also be seen on its back and tail. Its feet are said to be quite different from other Dragons and allow Fey Dragons to move swiftly on land.
Habitat. Though Fey Dragons are know to mainly exist in the Feywild they can be found in the Prime Material Plane, settling in dense Forests and Rainforests though in particular near water, such as a lake, stream or waterfall. It is because of there habitat that they evolved to not have wings but they do not see it as a disadvantage.
Diet. Fey Dragons are omnivores, feeding mainly on fish, other dragon eggs and smaller prey. On occasions they do hunt medium to larger creatures and have been known to eat berries and other small fruits.
Personality. Most Fey Dragons keep a rather calm and playful nature when unprovoked. They show great interest in humanoids way of life and especially that of travellers and adventures, seeming to stalk the unaware induvial or if bored will toy with the humanoid and try and stir a reaction.
Fey Dragons are a lover for music and entertainment, often requesting a humanoid to play them something or put on an show, to tell a joke if the humanoid wants aid or to pass through the Fey Dragons 'Habitat'.
Fighting Style. Fey Dragons skill sets revolve around trickery and knowing its surrounding area. Often or not it will prefer to avoid confrontations, however, will defend themselves if need be. Once the threat has left, Fey Dragons wont chase after the threat and instead let it go. If it sense that the threat is more powerful than itself and the odds of winning are stacked against it, the Fey Dragon will retreat and move elsewhere.
