Description

The second to last stage of the Angeur, an adult is far more dangerous of prey. Able to near perfect shape changing, it can look like anyone it has eaten, ot a mix match of anyone it has eaten. When not in disguise, the adult looks like a humanoid creature with mismatch body parts. It could have the leg and hoof of an elk for one leg and then an insect leg. Often this true form is made up of things the Angeur finds pleasing, which usually means horrifying to any sane creature. It never shows its true form unless it is killed or to torment its prey before eating it.

Like all stages of the Angeur, the adults always hunger, and strive to gorge themselves whenever it is safe too. As it feasts, its body willslop onto the ground to form fledglings. These fledglings will go out and the adult, if not adolescents are around, will try to aid them in finding food to grow. Each one that becomes an adolescent is sent back to the adults den. It then begins to order the adolescents around. ITs goal is to create more fledglings and hope more of the adolescents are able to become adults as well.

As more adults form, they act as the leading group for the den. Their goal doesn't change. They all want to feast and make more of themselves. As more adults form, one is chosen to become a brood angeur. This angeur is feed a portion of flesh by the rest and it produces more fledglings. This anguer becomes a massive lump of flesh that grips onto walls and only eats and reproduce. ITs rare for this to happen though. There has to be enough food to sustain a brood angeur. Usually, once food starts to become more difficult to find, the adults will become so hungry they eat their own. They gain no pleasure or subtenants from this, but the endless hunger drives them to do so. This is usually how a angeur infestation will resolve itself.
