Sunlight Sensitivity. While in sunlight, the kobold has disadvantage on attack rolls, as well as on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on sight.
Pack Tactics. The kobold has advantage on an attack roll against a creature if at least one of the kobold's allies is within 5 feet of the creature and the ally isn't incapacitated.
Spellcasting. The Kobold Sorcerer is a 3rd-level spellcaster. Its spellcasting ability is charisma (spell save DC 13, +5to hit with spell attacks). It has the following sorcerer spells prepared:
Cantrips (at will): control flames, fire bolt, mage hand, mending
1st level (4 slots): chaos bolt, expeditious retreat, shield
2nd level (2 slots): dragon's breath warding wind
Sorcery points: The kobold has 3 sorcery points. It can use 1 or more as a bonus action on its turn with the following effects:
Empowered Spell: When it roll damage for a spell, it can spend 1 sorcery point to reroll a number of the damage dice up to your Charisma modifier (minimum of one). It must use the new rolls.
It can use Empowered Spell even if you have already used a different Metamagic option during the casting of the spell.
Twinned Spell: When it cast a spell that targets only one creature and doesn't have a range of self, it can spend a number of sorcery points equal to the spell's level to target a second creature in range with the same spell (1 sorcery point if the spell is a cantrip).
Dagger. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 4 (1d4 + 2) piercing damage
