Morale. For every 44 hit points by the platoon, make a morale save against charisma (DC 14), it it fails the save, it becomes demoralized, and must, if possible, use either a disengage or dash action to attempt to flee from the battlefield. If it has 44 or fewer hit points, or it is demoralized when it fails a charisma save the platoon is destroyed. If the unit is demoralized it may attempt a DC 15 charisma save. If it succeeds, the it loses demoralized and may act normally.

Fire for Effect. The platoon makes twice as many ranged attacks as it would normally be capable of making with its multiattack. On its next turn it can only make half as many ranged weapon attacks.
Description
Conscripted from wealthier cities, these urban militias are given some light training, and often include in their ranks some members of the local city watch; and further they are often better equipped than rural peasants as well. As a result, they are better able to stand up in a fight, though they are not truly the equals of professional soldiers.
