This is not an accurate depiction of how dangerous a baboon is. Honestly they might qualify as CR 1/4 even, skipping 1/8. But placing them beneath 1/8 is just mind boggling. Baboons can be horrifying.

I bloody love baboons

This is a terrible stat block for a baboon, representing a capuchin monkey, not a baboon. They can weigh about 80 lbs and have a crazy bite, they do a lot more damage than this. 

Why are they weaker then your average person? that is not how baboons are. Who writes these stat blocks?
