Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (1d10 + 2) piercing damage.
Breath Weapons (Recharge 5–6). The dragon uses one of the following breath weapons.
Acid Breath. The dragon exhales acid in an 20-foot line that is 5 feet wide. Each creature in that line must make a DC 11 Dexterity saving throw, taking 18 (4d8) acid damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Slowing Breath. The dragon exhales gas in a 15-foot cone. Each creature in that area must succeed on a DC 11 Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, the creature can't use reactions, its speed is halved, and it can't make more than one attack on its turn. In addition, the creature can use either an action or a bonus action on its turn, but not both. These effects last for 1 minute. The creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself with a successful save.
nice baby dragon. is the DM using you to make us roleplay for a hour?
I know I am.
Cute
Those regional effects... Creatures within 1 mile? Dialog for days.
2nd edition copper dragons had Neutralize Poison starting at young age!
wow at level 16 druid you can wildshape into it
This dragon has so much role play potential, especially with the two breath options to bring a wild card into the game.
Haha, sidekick mechanic go brrr
But you can only wild shape into beasts; dragons aren't beasts
I Have a homebrew druid subclass that can wild shape into anything with a CR equal to half my level. this thing was OP for that subclass
I threw one of these at my party as a boss fight but they just tried to befriend it instead... I would have done the same thing but still XD
Small Pranksters with acid attacks and climbing ability's, this is a rainwing
Probably.
Hey i have a question. One of my players wants a stunted copper dragon wyrmling as a familiar. what modifications should i make to make it balanced?
I wonder how big his balls are? thoughts?
Ok, so I've played the game before, but this is my first time DMing, would it be cool to throw 1 or 2 of these guys as the big bad boss fights for level one characters? I don't want to make it too hard, because some of my party members are playing D&D for the first time. There will be ways to make the fight easier (they're easily motivated by food or something like that). Any tips? Thanks!
Oh i definitely need to use some of these for my own copper Dragonborn! (Although she’s a ranger)
REALY bad idea
level one PCs have ~10 hp, a single breath attack from one of these guys would be a 1-round TPK...
