Spider Climb. The spider can climb difficult surfaces, including upside down on ceilings, without needing to make an ability check.
Web Sense. While in contact with a web, the spider knows the exact location of any other creature in contact with the same web.
Web Walker. The spider ignores movement restrictions caused by webbing.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 4 (1d6 + 1) piercing damage, and the target must make a DC 11 Constitution saving throw, taking 7 (2d6) poison damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. If the poison damage reduces the target to 0 hit points, the target is stable but poisoned for 1 hour, even after regaining hit points, and is paralyzed while poisoned in this way.
Description
Smaller than a giant spider, a giant wolf spider hunts prey across open ground or hides in a burrow or crevice, or in a hidden cavity beneath debris.
It's correct, Wolf spiders do not spin webs according to Wikipedia.
I think that's what they mean, that's a yikes from me. Also would be a great minion in a fight with a giant spider
Wolf spiders don't make webs, folks. That's why the giant wolf spider doesn't have any web-making abilities.
wolf spiders irl dont make webs.
how big are they
I am a spider in a chasm right now
ok
Wolf Spiders don’t make webs. They burrow.
They may as well as teleport, if you have seen that video describing how they are "fast moving predators".
Not very lore-accurate...
such a fun wild shape to take :D
Spider
It's DnD, nothing makes sense
Smaller than giant spider larger than regular spider it aslo says medium beast
haha
love that
One of my personal favorites for a forest druid wildshape
It's a really good wild shape. If you are a moon druid then just go for Giant Spider. It's more damage.
haha
