Am I the only one who spells it griffin? Ignore my name Griffin was already taken.

How tall would you (content creators, DMs and players) say that a Griffon is? As a large creature, a mini is 2x2 base, and according to 'the internets': "An adult griffon was about 8 feet (2.4 meters) long, with a wingspan of 25 feet (7.6 meters)" - but how TALL is it? Say from front paw to top of head?

So, I befriended a griffon in a one shot (we save characters that we like) and want to jeep him as a sidekick. BUT challenge rating and all. Suggestions?

This and pegasus are the best options for Find Greater Steed - especially if you're a Bard using Magic Secrets.
