I need someone to fulfil my dream of creating a skeleton character... Could one of you make a homebrew race and send me a link? I would love that.
YES
i find skeltons atrackitve
It's time to attack
Gonna have to use that. Thanks for the description.
Though in the case of immunity to exhaustion and poison, I would say it doesn't take much intelligence to realize that bones don't have a working circulatory system
Unearthed Arcana had a RETURNED player race, I don't know if it made it into base play or not.
Your creature type is Undead in addition to Humanoid. Any effect that would affect either of your types will affect you. (This means you can use healing potions as normal, but can also be turned by a cleric or paladin.) You don't need to Eat, Sleep, or breathe, are immune to poison and sleep effects, but still need to sit unmoving for 6 hours to benefit from a long rest. You get to choose whether your size is small or medium, but even if small your base move speed is 30ft.
You got a few other bonuses, though the only one I recall is adding proficiency to a skill roll you don't normally have proficiency in due to a flash of knowledge from your past life, some # of times per rest.
"although resurrecting a skeleton restores it body and soul, banishing the hateful undead spirit that empowers it." So you can cast raise dead on skeletons? Or maybe true resurrection.
Seems balanced to me
Imma make sans and papyrus out of this.
