Actions
Multiattack. The tyrannosaurus makes two attacks: one with its bite and one with its tail. It can't make both attacks against the same target.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 33 (4d12 + 7) piercing damage. If the target is a Medium or smaller creature, it is grappled (escape DC 17). Until this grapple ends, the target is restrained, and the tyrannosaurus can't bite another target.
Tail. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 20 (3d8 + 7) bludgeoning damage.
Description
This enormous predatory dinosaur terrorizes all other creatures in its territory. It chases anything it thinks it can eat, and there are few creatures it won’t try to devour whole.

Posted Apr 1, 2021This is the best Deva shape change. Angelic Weapons (note that bite and tail are weapon attacks) plus the T-Rex's multiattack is an average of 89 damage per turn.

Posted Apr 28, 2021Wait a minute! Has anyone noticed that the T-Rex's Charisma is 9? That's higher than many PCs, and certainly higher than every other beast in the Monster Manual!

Posted Apr 28, 2021I guess that we should be using Tyrannosaurus Rexes as diplomats or something to the animal kingdoms; they are really good at Persuasion (for an animal)!
